This Md is a joke! We had to find a new family doctor since we moved in the area. He did not address ANY of my husbands concerns.Every treatment and medication that my husband was prescribed prior from our previous family doctor this guy discontinued???!!!! And said we need to see specialty consuls! Like if you have bronchitis he will probably send you to a pulmonologist just because he doesn’t do ANYTHING for his patients! My husband had to literally beg and insist in having his CPAP order renewed. His old cpap machine was recalled. He had a sleep study done all ready. He just needed a new machine and a new order. This guy wanted us to pay for a new sleep study and a new pulmonologist visit! FOR WHAT? This guy is a total joke! He will bill your insurance and take your money though! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

As much as my husband and I love having Dr. Kayani as our Physician the availability is horrible! My husband had surgery done and he needed to make an appointment to get his stitches removed instead of driving 3hrs back to the hospital. When I called the lady said he didn't have anything available for the next 2 weeks! I told her he doesn't have to see the doctor he just needs to have the stitches removed so anybody could it, she said there is nothing available for 2 weeks and to try the Urgant care and of course when I call the FMC Urgant Care they said they will not remove the stitches. As much as my husband and I love having Dr. Kayani as our Physician the availability is horrible! I have been a patient of Dr. Kayani's for several years now but have never before taken the time to leave a review - I'm slightly embarrassed to say. Often times the negative experiences one has gets more attention than the positive ones and I wanted to leave an honest summary of my experiences for Dr. Kayani, his staff, his patients, and his potential patients. Choosing a Healthcare Provider is a daunting task for some of us and even more so with your Primary Care Physician who can literally save your life. I wanted to be sure that I was comfortable with my Doctor on multiple levels and we have an open Professional relationship and share the same philosophy and know that his clinical knowledge was exceptional. I was initially recommended by a friend to see Dr. Kayani several years ago when I turned 40 years old. Upon reaching his building my first impression was that it was a clean easy to access building with multiple medical providers contained under one roof. They even have their own medical laboratory. This is an advantage in stream lining medical care if you need to have testing such as X-rays, CT, blood work, etc or need to see a Specialist. When I filled out my paperwork (which you can do online to save time at home) I was called back within 30 minutes of my appointment time. I've never had a visit to his office where I waited over 40 minutes past my appointment time which is important to me because I'm a busy person. After seeing the medical assistant I waited in a room another 10 minutes before meeting Dr. Kayani. He greeted me with a warm smile and even warmer personality. He has a good sense of humor which I like yet is very thorough in collecting facts, reviewing my history, and diagnosing anything. If he recommends a treatment he reviews the possible risks, benefits, and alternatives with me. Although I know when he is seeing me he has other patients to attend to Dr. Kayani has never made me feel rushed or that his time is more important than mine. He takes time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. During my subsequent visits with him over several years not once has he given me cause to doubt his sincerity or professionalism. If I leave a message for his staff with a question I will receive a call back in a reasonable amount of time. I also appreciate how Dr. Kayani is traditional in recommending Treatment and likes to exhaust other options before going that route. I've always believed the best Healthcare Professionals are ones that reserve treatment as a last resort knowing of course that every case is different. In summary I really couldn't recommend Dr. Kayani and Staff more for your Family Practice needs. In fact the only negative experience I've ever had is upon leaving the medical complex there's a large pothole just before joining the main road to watch out for. Please get that fixed Dr K!!???? You get in to the exam room and then sit for 15-25 minutes before he gets to you. He seems preoccupied at times. The last couple of physicals haven't been what I would call a physical. Just checking blood work and asking how I've been doing.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Kayani spends the time explaining things. He has been my doctor since I moved here in 2007. I am very happy with his care.

Fantastic doctor! Took his time with me every time I need something! Consequently, I have transferred most of my family to his office.

Watch your bills carefully and how they are coded with insurance company. Office staff sets an appointment for physical paperwork coded differently which affects how they bill your insurance company and cost out of your pocket. Tried to address with office manager-Shelly, that was a waste of time. Very rude individual not sure how she is an office manager for a medical practice where care and consideration is a qualification, missed that characteristic. Too bad office staff inadequate as it affects the doctors business because he is actually good. Hopefully the doctor will take one day to read his s reviews. I’ve seen him for years and actually recommended him to my elderly parents. Very thorough and unfortunately busy do, sometimes hard to get an appointment until you are a regular. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Kayani has been our family doctor for last 6 years. He has provided us with very professional compassionate care. He has a wonderful staff as well.

Dr Kayani, today I feel the communication between your office and myself has taken my faith in you to a zero rating. I came to your office for help, I called you back to verify the test you ordered as the radiology department was trying to make me have 2 tests when you ordered 1. I asked to speak with you, your rep Jessica said you do not speak with patients over the phone.... this must be beneath you. You took my money ordered a test.... I scheduled that test but the radiology department wanted to add an additional test that was not needed in my opinion. All I wanted was 1 minute of your time over the phone. What was your answer? You Punted. You had your rep Jessica call me back to tell me to go see another Dr. I feel your level of caring and compassion is really sub standard. You should have picked up the phone and called me... I am the patient, you are the Dr. Not Jessica and not some radiologist who read your order wrong. So I will not only find another Doctor, I will try to let others know if they want a Dr who has time for them or who cares to look elsewhere.
