I tried to set up an appointment with these folks however I was met the rudest, most unprofessional receptionist I have ever encountered in my 25 years of professional life. Never have I been spoken to so rudely and curtly by a complete stranger for absolutely no reason. I am not sure how good the doctor is or isn't but I can tell you that if you call you will be met with an absolute HORROR of a human being who has no empathy for someone that might be calling in pain, under duress and very sick. This is not how people that are suffering should be treated. And by the way, I have best insurance out there, period. I don't need any hand outs, I pay my own way. So they lost a good paying customer. I found another infectious disease specialist where I was treated with kindness and dignity when I called. Caring, lovely, expert infectious disease physician who followed up with me even though she was out of the office. There are not enough words to explain how amazing she has been to me. Thank you for the kindness, Dr Gopal.
