This is the 2nd time I’ve been here and the wait time is insane. Be prepare to wait for 1-1 1/2.

Poor communication, poor practices, cuts corners.

The people that I encountered were all wonderful people. Although, I am VERY disappointed with the company. I drove 3 hours to meet with one of the doctors to get allergy tested. She ended up doing blood draws and then I left the facility. The blood draws for the lab were never picked up and therefore spoiled. Andros ENT said they would FAX orders to my MAYO clinic in my hometown so that I would not have to drive 3 hours once again to get blood draws. MAYO clinic was unsure about the FAX instructions and said they were unclear. They tried contacting Andros ENT multiple times to clear up the miscommunication, but nobody at Andros would speak with them. MAYO ended up calling me to see if I could call them and maybe get some answers, so I called Andros and was given instructions. I am not a medical professional, and I do not know the details of these lab draws, so there was still confusion. I am not and should not have to be the "middle man." After weeks of waiting for Andros to contact MAYO, I decided to contact Allergy Associates, and they got my severe allergy concerns figured out immediately. After that, I got my bill for Andros ENT. They only charged me for the visit, but there was nothing beneficial that came from the visit. I was there to get my allergy concerns figured out, but there was nothing that I left there with that I didn't already know. The doctor might have taken time to see me, and they might have taken notes, but how would that benefit the actual person who is paying and has the medical concern if there was no communication? I spoke with the manager of the company and I requested to have the bill cancelled, and the only response I could get was "It was already turned into the insurance company, you are responsible for your portion." This is very clearly a company that is more worried about making money than they are about their patients' wellbeing. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I trust Dr. Rosario wholeheartedly. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and is thorough in her explanations and treatment plans. I recommend Dr. Rosario 10/10

Dr. Rosario and her office staff took care of everything! I had all the right appointments set up to help manage my son’s needs from his initial visit to tests and follow-up appointments. When needed records were not in his file at Children's Hospital on the day of his surgery, a quick call to her office solved the problem. Thank you amazing and warm staff! The doctor herself was timely and prompt. Surgery was handled expertly and efficiently. And on top of all that, Dr. Rosario remembered my older daughter who had seen her for enlarged tonsils a few years prior. Overall, a great experience with this down-to-earth and friendly doctor!

Dr. Rosario cares deeply about her patients. She respects each person’s individual needs and tries to accommodate her care. She called me after my procedure to check in for 2 days following treatment. I would highly recommend her medical skills as an ENT. She is an exceptional Dr.

Dr Rosario has given my daughter excellent care when she needed tubes in her ears.

Dr. Rosario is wonderful. She is thorough, caring and all the things you want in a Dr.

I came to Dr. Rosario to assess my newborn’s tongue tie. She is an absolute gem! She was both gentle and confident. She was efficient but took the time to explain things at my level. I would absolutely recommend her! She definitely put a new mom at ease.

Went in for an appt for an abscess in my sinus. As I arrived I notice the desk staff is not wearing a mask during a pandemic. Then I see a Dr. come out of the back also with no mask on. Apparently this place doesn't take your health seriously enough to wear a mask during a pandemic.

She is more about making money off instance companies the treating patients with what they need

We went to her with our newborn to fix a severe tongue tie. Not only were we not seen for almost an hour past our appointment time, she was rude and unwilling to answer questions. She said, “do you want to do it or not” when I asked about pain. We received no aftercare instructions and were quickly shuffled out of her office with a screaming baby post procedure.

Dr Rosario is an amazingly caring and compassionate person. Her passion for helping treat other get results & feel better sets her apart from other ENT docs, we have seen in the past. She is wonderful with children, teens and kids love her. She has helped our family, extended family, friends and clients of ours, who say after gong to her they feel better, end up with a treatment plan and or their issues are resolved. She has fixed previous ongoing chronic ENT issues for several people I know that have never had issues again but she will make sure to try more conservative steps first if possible. Most of the time I do not have to wait for my appt. but if she has a patient in need or you are the patient and you need further care, she takes care of you if possible right there and then instead of making you reschedule to come for further treatment. You could wait so plan on not being in a hurry when you go but for end results and her follow up care is worth the wait. Dr Rosario is an amazingly caring and compassionate person. I love Dr.Rosario she is so through and takes time out to explain what you dont understand. She is very caring and excellent with children. I also love the staff they are caring as well .. Great place for you ENT needs..

Dr. Rosario is amazing. I have struggled with sinusitis all my life (I'm 17 years old), and my doctor referred me to Dr. Rosario. At my initial visit, she spent time talking to me and determining the main cause. After a CT scan she explained the root cause of my problems. She surgically repaired my deviated septum that was causing my sinuses to close off. After surgery I was able to breath, smell, and taste food for the first time. I highly recommend her. Her staff is great too.

I was referred to Dr. Rosario through Dr. Crutchfield. After my Initial diagnosis With Dr. Rosario and CT scan, I had some concerns of Cost if surgery was performed in a Hospital. The following day after receiving the CT results, Dr. Rosario (on her own time!) made a call to my house and reassured me that the procedure could be performed in her office. She was so understanding and compassionate and put my worries at ease with that 15 minute call! I Highly Recommend Dr. Rosario and staff !!

Omg. I have never met or experienced a nicer, empathetic, more qualified physician. She was very thorough and professional yet so kind. Being a nervous patient, she put me at ease and handled all my medical situations one by one. Her staff definitely follows in her footsteps. I will absolutely be referring her to anyone needing an ENT md.
