The billing department here is atrocious. They are all incompetent. Every single time I walked in there I gave my insurance card and fixed my address with them. STILL they have the wrong address, sending bills they have not billed my insurance for saying past due. I have to call them and do it all over every time! The desk clerks are not the friendliest and the waiting in the room for the nurse and doctor is always very long. Not worth the headache dealing with anyone there

Pleasant employees with efficient check in process! Dr. Jolly is wonderful and a very knowledgeable in all areas of health and wellness. I am very satisfied with the entire experience at Mt.Carmel Family in New Albany!

If I could rate the Loyal Order of the University of Phoenix Karen, aka the front desk staff, a negative 3 rating, I would. As for the rest: From the assistant who couldn't find a vein, to not telling me to drink plenty of fluids prior to drawing blood, to constantly asking for blood every time I visit, to being neglectful on prescription refills, and not communicating the moving of the office (and then moving back and, again, no communication), it's too many strikes in my book. Dr Jolly is always so kind and patient with my son. Our family is so appreciative of the healthcare she provides us!

I've been going to the New Albany location for years, usually seeing Dr Ghiloni. Recently I went in for a sick appointment and seen Dr. Inga Jolly. She was caring, informative, and I felt she went beyond just diagnosing me. She gave me good tips and I'll be coming back to see her

I am very impressed with Dr Jolly. Her manner is professional and friendly. She listens well and follows through. She has helped my family a lot, especially an emergency situation she handled like a rockstar that I'm grateful for. I have already referred people I care about to her.

Highly recommend, she has been our family doctor for over 10 years. Dr Jolly always has readily available appointments and more importantly does not keep me waiting in the lobby.

Dr. Jolly is the best! Very attentive to detail and has been spot on with proper solutions in keeping our family healthy. Couldn’t have a better recommendation!

I really liked Dr. Jolly. She was straight forward and a good diagnostician. Very detailed. I love my Dr. Boysel but would definitely see her in his absence. Thanks Dr. J!

Dr. Jolly truly takes the time to listen and care!

The worst doctor I have ever had. Does not listen, is not helpful, asks no questions. Always late and only meets with you for about 10 minutes. The urgent care I went to was much more helpful and was able to diagnose me. Would never recommend. Not to mention they never followed up with me about testing results. And I have not been able to access the patient portal. No one has returned my calls from their office for a month. 10/29 Update: after seeing another doctor I was diagnosed with a thyroid disease. Dr Jolly is very knowledgeable as well as kind.

I would recommend Dr Jolly to anyone who is looking for a great doctor. She is attentive, caring and looks at the body as a whole. I appreciate a doctor who is looking for the root cause of a problem.

Dr. Jolly is a great family doctor! She listens to your concerns and has a more holistic approach to the health and care of your body. I would recommend her for anyone who is looking for a doctor that won’t put you on pharmaceuticals right away. I honestly can't imagine having a worse more one sided experience with someone. I saw Dr. Jolly in hopes to discuss things that were important to me and my health, things that I have been dealing with for quite some time. I thought finding a Primary Care provider would help me with the medical side of things as well as answer questions and discuss options. She did not listen to me or seem interested in what I had to say at all. These are legitimate complex issues I wanted to discuss and what I got was a litany of generic and insulting advice. I was truly treated like another patient on a list that simply had to be checked off before moving on. I am in utter disbelief over this experience. I have no intentions of seeing Dr. Jolly again and can not in good faith recommend her.

I made the mistake of trusting in her decision making skills at first; sadly friends asked me why I didn't demand an MRI when I continued to suffer from severe dizzy spells. My heart was checked in her office and I was given a script for Antivert which did not help. I was bedridden for two weeks and called and begged yet again for an MRI. It was insanity; she seemed to make assumptions based on my appearance that it was all in my head (well, yes, literally it was.) I was not referred to a neurologist until after the mri came back showing my lesions. Why did I have to beg? Why did I have to continue to suffer? I would hire her as a hostess in a restaurant because she was pleasant and smiled, etc. but I would never go to her for any type of medical issue. When we were on the telephone she sighed in a manner indicative of someone who is annoyed; this while I was begging and I could not walk across the room without being overwhelmed with nauseating dizziness, all this was relayed to her.

Dr Jolly is an excellent doctor. Highly recommended.

Dr Jolly was amazing! She is so knowledgeable and isn’t pushy about anything with children, she really tries to work with what is best for them and what makes you feel comfortable. The entire staff at the office was great.

Dr. Jolly did not listen, did not help me with my health issues and the office did not follow through with tasks they were to do for me. I was not noncompliant, she was incompetent.

Just had my first appointment and really liked her Looking forward to getting my back right again. Really like that she's a Plant Based doctor.

Dr. Jolly's osteopathic adjustments seem to help with my ear and jaw issues. I like that she focuses on nutrition.

Doctor Jolly is truly exceptional. I am very happy that she has returned to New Albany. She has helped my whole family leader better healthier lives.

Just had my first appointment and really liked her. She's an advocate for Plant Based Diet.

Does not listen, does not follow through with prescibed care. An example is I received a lab slip dated for Jan. In Aug. then I was labeled noncompliant. Don't blame your incompetence on the patient.

Really bad experience with the staff when I asked for an appointment since I'm in so much pain... even after asking for so many times for an appointment as soon as possible they didn't gave me one before 2 weeks because I'm a new patient and that's the only spot they have for new patients though I told them I couldn't come earlier because I was 9 months pregnant and I recently delivered the baby..... they didn't even chk for anything sooner ????... Dr. Jolly is truly one of a kind. She actually took the time to get to know me rather than shuffling me out of the office as soon as possible. The thing I value the most about her is that she does her own thinking, rather than letting pharmaceutical and insurance companies dictate the care her patients receive. I went in with debilitating back pain, and after some non-invasive bodywork, was not only able to tie my shoes again, but get back to work. Dr. Jolly is truly one of a kind.
