Great doctor with a great staff. All very professional.

We love Dr. Pearlstine. Once you are an established patient, there are no problems getting an appointment. We have never been rushed at appointments. Has even shared a cup of coffee with us. Goes above and beyond. I can call him anytime, day or night. I always get a response. I care for my 95 year old mother and a disabled husband. I don't know what I would do without Dr. Pearlstine and his office staff, Lori and Patty. Thank you just doesn't say enough.

I went to this so called doctor and he did a prostate exam. Let's just say he hurt me intentionally. He's a short person and me being tall I could tell was holding resentment towards me. Stay away from this unprofessional person. I wouldn't even call him a doctor.

I am very picky about my doctor's. Dr.Pearlstine, Patty and Laurie are the absolute best. Couldn't imagine trusting my life with anyone else.

This is easily the best family practice in Port St Lucie. We moved to Tradition recently and tried several doctors in the area, unsuccessfully. On my first visit with Dr. Pearlstine I was instantly at ease. He confidently provided immediate attention for issues I had. Explained everything until I had a clear understanding. His swift decisions have me 100% back on track. The staff is 1) experienced / proficient and 2) personable 3) fast!! The concierge service is well worth it. Don''t waste your time trying anyone else. Dr. Ira Pearlstine, is without a doubt the best, compassionate, through diagnostician I have ever seen, I have know him for many years, my husband and I are both patients of his, His staff is great also.

Ira has been my doctor for over 10 years Best doctor in the Treasure Coast.

I contacted Dr. Pearlstine during a period of family crisis. He was right there for me even though I lived out of town, it was just like having him at the bedside with me.

I have never had an issue getting an appointment with The doctor. He has been my personal doctor for 18 years and I wouldn’t be alive today if not for him. His office staff are top of the line and go out of their way to assist in any way

Dr. Ira helped me so much when I was on my deathbed with flu last year. He met me to give me a script so I didn't have to drive far, then followed up with a personal phone call to check on me. He is wonderful, and so is his staff.

WOW! I don't typically write reviews, however when you have a WoW or a not-so-wow, you want to tell everyone! Medicine is in the Service industry, and this practice is all about SERVICE and ME!! Dr Pearlstine and his staff treat me like family (that they like)! The concern is about the whole me while providing state of the art medical care. I've never felt rushed or silly in asking questions or avoided calling because of the 'usual hassles' (at most doctors). I know that I receive better health care with Dr Pearlstine and I actively take better care of myself with his guidance and that of his nurses. The best Family Doctor I’ve ever had. I wish I could still have him but I’m retired and have Medicare and really cannot afford to have a Concierge. He is the best in my opinion

I have been a patient of Dr. Pearlstine for several years. There are no words to fully describe how incredible this physician is. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and very attentive to every concern you have. Dr. Pearlstine responds immediately to every phone call, email, and text. He also keeps in touch with other physicians such as surgeons you have seen. I’m a senior citizen and I have never found a doctor this awesome. Dr Perlstine is the best! But, it has always been difficult getting an appointment with him. And this new concierge practice doesn't make it any easier. When I spoke with him, he said I could get a "next day" appointment; however, when his office manager called me back she informed me that they have a "waiting list" and couldn't tell me when I might be fortunate enough to get an appointment. I am a former patient of Dr. Pearlstine's. He has been my Doctor for 20 years. He is awesome! I would recommend Dr. Pearlstine without hesitation! He is the best Dr. that I have EVER HAD!
