Dr. Schlesinger is old school, the office still uses paper charts and does not have computers. As a millennial, this honestly freaked me out. However, Dr. Schlesinger beyond exceeded my expectations. Walking into the exam room, he was sitting there waiting for me with a smile. I have always walked into an exam room and waited for the doctor. This was honestly an amazing touch and made me feel important. He is super knowledgeable, informative, and patient. I didn't feel rushed and he took such great care of me. He treated my son for a Pilonidal cyst and thanks to him my son is doing so much better.He has so much knowledge and great bedside manners.He explains everything while your in his office,so you know exactly what to expect FANTASTIC DOCTOR!!!

Had my first visit this morning. He was very welcoming and explained my conditions in very digestible terms. Answered all my questions and took his time with me. Im so glad I found him. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Ira is a great dermatologist, and even though almost 5 years ago I relocated to another state and have a dermatologist there, I still go to Dr. Ira when I'm in town because he catches things the other dermatologists miss. Skin cancer runs in my family and I'm of the age when skin damage from decades ago is becoming visible. Dr. Ira always explains why something needs attention if it does and removes troubling lesions painlessly. His office is always good about calling to let me know lab results and confirm appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Schlesinger and his staff. I have been reluctant to go to dermatololgists for so long but after my mother had a malignant melanoma diagnosed I made the decision to go. Fortunately I did as I have 1 pre melanoma . Phew. Biopsied and taken care of by Dr Schlesinger asap. He was kind, non alarming, gentle and thorough. I highly recommend him!

This is my third session with Dr, Ira. My skin is now perfect. I will be back to check with Dr. Schlesinger in about six months.

I went to Dr. Schlesinger and he found a very early and superficial squamous cell on my face. Between the initial biopsy and the final treatment, I was completely happy. The office staff is superb!!! Dr. Schlesinger is my doc for life ,,,,

I had a very good visit with Dr. Schlesinger. He spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions. I Intend to keep seeing this dermatologist whenever I have a concern.

Excellent dermatologist. He's very knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients. Takes the time to explain what everything is for you, even providing interesting facts to help you understand how the body works, and doesn't rush you in the slightest. Exactly the kind of dermatologist I need.

I have been a patient of dr Schlesinger's for over a year. I have always been impressed with his willingness to listen to my problems and then help me find the right answer. He is one of the most sincere, kind and warm physicians that i have ever seen. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful and efficient. I scheduled a 9:15 appointment the office called at 8:15 to cancel the DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT! Totally unprofessional. I asked why and was given no explanation. I called another Delray Dermatologist office explained about the disturbing looking growth on my forehead and how Dr Schlesinger cancelled no apparent emergency they are seeing me tommrow first thing. I was also put on hold twice, the second time for several minutes. I gave up. I never received a return call. Totally unprofessional!

Many visits, very little time he expends with a patient. Didn't do much for me. His staff are OK.

I am so glad I went to see this Dr, I saw results almost as soon as started following his instructions , I have to stay a little longer in the bath but my scalp and skin problems are one hundred percent better. Great office!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Schlesinger for many years and have highly recommend him based on his medical knowledge and complete empathy for the patient. He answers all questions asked of him and we have never felt that he is rushing to get to the next patient. He truly loves what he is doing....taking good care of his patient and concern for them.

I am so pleased with the care I get from Dr Schlesinger , I have had some issues with my skin since I moved to Florida, let me tell you about it,,,,anyway he has always been there to help me get better

I was visiting the states and he helped me with an ongoing problem that i had for years, he was very nice and professional, I highly recommend this doctor, and i am going back to see him next time i visit,,,very greatful

Excellent! Dr. Schlesinger is a warm, caring & compasionate physician. Not only is he a very knowledgable dermatologist but with his background & training in Internal Medicine, he can often identify underlying problems and will discuss them with his patients. That is what I was told by friends, and they were absolutely correct.

my entire experience,from making my appointment,to arriving and being greeted by courteous staff,to meeting and interacting with dr. schlesinger was excellent. i found him to be extremely well informed and educated/up to date on my illness,and at the same time,he related so well and personally to me.i still continue to see him regularly,for skin cancer prevention, even though he cured my original skin problem--he gets the absolute highest rating from me.
