This is the wife's doctor, however, my doctor is in the same office, just on different days... The office is clean and maintained... Staff is very professional...

I had a horrible experience with Natalenko. She was asking invasive questions about my therapy which is service outside of of her specialty. She was culturally insensitive and tried to argue with me about the origin of my name when I corrected her on the spelling. She was being aggressive about her opinion on vaccinations when asking when my 8 month old is going to be vaccinated even though she is not my son's physician and I went for a check up for myself. Her staff were rude and hung up the phone in my face when I complained about the fact that they mistakingly told me to come in to pick up my massage therapy referral and they failed to give me the correct timing. When I arrived at 2 pm a staff member was walking out and closing up and refused to give me my referral. She had no consideration for the fact that the secretary failed to tell me their Hours of operation and couldn't care less that it was 40 degrees and I was with my son in his stroller. The doctor refused to give me my referral for massage therapy after she erroneously wrote one for physical therapy instead.

To the person who left 1 star review- What's taking you so long to find another doctor? Dr Natalenko is the kindest, professional , knowledgeable doctor i have ever been to in my 66 years. I too am a Diabetic and I am totally controlled under her care. Her diagnostic skills are exceptional. She takes her time with you and will research and inform you of any information she finds. More than 5 stars for me.

She’s the best doctor I’ve ever had! So sweet and always listening to my problems both medical and non medical. Dr. Nat has saved my life and I cannot repay her enough!

I've never been treated so poorly, in fact, I feared for my life under her treatment. As a type 1 diabetic for well over 50 years, I couldn't believe that she actually told me that she treats both types of diabetics, one and two the same way! Even insisting on prescribing type 2 meds and refusing to consult with my existing endocrinologist who's treated me for over 25 years. A short tempered woman who thinks that she knows more than this patient who studied endocrinology is absolutely absurd. Refusing to consult with a qualified Endo speaks volumes. This know it all is a frightening type of doctor. How dare you deny me adequate care when I clearly know considerable more about my disease than you do. You should learn to treat others the way you would like to be treated.

I've never felt like my life was threatened by a MD til I was forced to suffer from her idiotic and dangerous type 1 diabetic treatment. Due to improper and clearly inadequate care, prescribing incorrect meds and refusing to listen to the regime that I've been using for over 25 years is very telling. I developed a diabetic foot ulcer within ten days of being under her treatment. It took her days to finally order treatment for it. Telling me that she treats both type 1 and type 2 diabetics the same way is beyond dangerous. The damages incurred while in her care are incalculable since I lost count of how many times I suffered with extremely high as well as extremely low blood glucose levels. How this women is allowed to treat type 1 diabetics is beyond me. It is beyond whatever she is qualified for, being short tempered, a know it all and unwilling to even look at the meds that I keep on my phone, or to simply contact a real endocrinologist is unbelievable. She jepardized my life!!!

I have seen Dr Nat for several years now and consider her as "Family". With a gentle hand she has treated my ailments and will freely suggest all options to keep me in ultimate health. While soft spoken, she will only guide you in the best direction to wellness.....

Trustworthy and great communication on test & follow up result. I highly recommend , highly dedicated to her job and will help a lot of people in need of her service .
