Worst experience ever . DO NOT GO. They just run your insurance they do not care for the pain you are in or how you are feeling they do what is best for them. This doctors office and answering service is the Worst! He did my first colonoscopy 5 years ago and I tried rescheduling a second visit which turned out to be an absolute nightmare! Call regarding bleeding in my stool and was told I need to schedule an appointment but no slot was open at the moment. Can you believe that? Then I was told he would call me back and he never did. Called back 4 times and was told once again he would call me back and am still waiting…. I guess patient care is not something they are concerned about! This doctors office and answering service is the Worst! He did my first colonoscopy 5 years ago and I tried rescheduling a second visit which turned out to be an absolute nightmare! Dr. Grossman was my Gastroenterologist for many years. When my condition was discovered it was rare for my profile. He followed me carefully and recommended all the best treatments. He was in high demand so I understood how busy he was. I respect him greatly and if I were still in NY he would still be my doctor. I definitely recommend him!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Grosman. My husband and I have been going to him for at least 15 years. He's warm and caring, thorough but non-alarmist, and always takes his time. I've never felt rushed with him. I always feel like I'm getting the best care possible when I see him.

Very diligent. Like all great doctors you must wait your turn! If your in a rush then you should reschedule. No one likes to wait but we all want to LIVE HEALTHY LIVES

Dr. Grosman is a thoughtful, conscientious and caring doctor who takes his time to explain things to you in a simple and clear way. I found his bedside manner to be exemplary and his staff to be kind and patient. The office is very clean and new. I have had to wait a bit longer than I would have liked for my appointment, especially when I've had a late afternoon appointment - but, hey, it's worth it to wait a little bit knowing that the doctor will take his time with you. I recommend him highly to anyone who wants to see a smart, articulate, nice GI doctor! Dr. Grosman has been my families GI for more than 10 years. He is a great doctor and his staff treat you with respect. Highly recommend him

I gave stool samples and was told that the lab discarded them because the containers were the wrong size. Then i signed in for my 530 appointment at 529. As of 646 I STILL HADNT BEEN SEEN BY THE DOCTOR. And when I walked out because of how long I waited...the staff couldnt care less I would NOT reccommend this doctor to ANYONE.

Had colonoscopy last week Very informative very accurate Excellent team highly recommended

Be prepared to wait for hours to be seen. I went to him for a year and never left before 3 hours. Never got better even though I stated over and over again that I was feeling worse. He never ran any tests. Just relied on history of tests made over a year prior by a different dr. He doesn't see your first. You have to run down your entire history with one of his resident students first and then he comes in the last 10 minutes. You get shipped out and there is never any follow through.

Dr. Grosman has treated my entire family for years. He recently treated my 96 year old dad who was complaining of a recurring stomach problem. Dr. Grosman found out exactly what the problem was and was able to treat him successfully. Dr. Grosman is an experienced professional with a wonderful sense of humor. He knows how to put his patients at ease. He returns every phone call and personally discusses test results with his patients. He is the best in his field and I recommend him highly.

I was diagnosed with various GI conditions at a young age and have had very little luck finding someone who understands how to manage them quite like Dr. Grosman. If you are looking for someone who will get to the core of what you are dealing with and see you through a plan for lifelong management, you've found the right doctor-- I've moved in the last 5 years and still travel to see him. Office very clean and prompt too, I love the nurses and staff.

I was referred to Dr Grosman by both my primary care physician and by a friend who liked him very much. I found him to be courteous and professional. His assessment was thorough which I found reassuring. He took his time and patiently answered all of my questions even telling me If I had more I could call the office. His office staff was helpful by scheduling my appointment in a time that fit my work schedule, not just giving me the "next available" .

The reason why I would not recommend Dr. Irwin Grossman is he does NOT do a thorough examination. His bedside manner needs much improvement too. He prescribed a medication for my Mom & it did'nt help her. So, what doctor gives up on a patient just because 1medication did not help???
