Dr. Ivana F. Ruffolo

I had a mixed experience with Dr. R. She was good about following up on testing that needed to be done, but when I was very ill and at wit’s end about what to do, she became exasperated when calling me outside of business hours and put everything back upon the specialist, as if things weren’t her job any more if there was a specialist involved. We need primary physicians who are committed to helping patients coordinate care and walking alongside them during extended and/or chronic illness. Also, it can take months to schedule with her even if you are on her patient roll.

I've been going to see her over 10 years. Good bedside manner and very easy to talk to.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ruffolo for 2 years and I can't say enough great things about her. The time she spends with me and all my questions is awesome, she has the old fashion beside manner and is very thorough! I am 56 and she can relate to all my extra baggage!

Dr. Ruffolo is an outstanding Primary Care Physician. She goes well beyond her regular job to help patients and asks very keen and thoughtful questions to find an outstanding diagnosis and treatment plan. She is quite possibly the best Doctor I have seen during my life, and I am 57 years old. I would highly recommend her to anyone for their Primary Care Physician.
