Dr. Morales and his nurse, Chris are definitely the best of the best. My brothers, Robert Neal and Randy and I believe in his Surgical abilities 100 percent p. His nurse is an awesome communicator and very dedicated. We love you both.

Dr. Morales replaced my aortic valve with a pig valve. I was very sick with systemic infection. Surgery was performed after two weeks of being in the hospital. I was at "high-risk for in-hospital mortality." Can't begin to say how grateful I am for his surgical treatment. I have no memory of ever seeing him but my being alive attests to his great skills.

World best cardiologist he operated my son 17 years ago from hypoplastic left heart syndrome he is the best we are so grateful we have our son with us because of God and Dr. Mark Morales. God keep blessing his hands and knowledge, so thankful always ????????

Dr. Morales performed vascular surgery on me in McAllen. He is not Board Certified in Vascular Surgery. I would not allow him to perform vascular surgery on me, even in an emergency. I have nerve damage and severe pain and a non-healing wound. I am told that I may need another surgery to rectify what was done or amputation of the leg. He should stick to the area in which he is Board Certified. He never discussed possible consequences of the surgery and was extremely brief. He did not do the follow-up. It was done by an associate. The follow-up was also cursory. I would not refer anyone to him and have suggested that he not be used at McAllen Heart Hospital.

Dr Mark Morales operated me on June 10th (2020) @ Valley Baptist Medical Center Brownsville. He literally saved my life. I actually got operated 3 times in about 17 or 18 hours due to severe complications of severe bleeding. I received 39 units of blood and blood products. I remember his assistant (nurse) tell me 2 days before my scheduled surgery, Dr Morales will always fight for his patients and will absolutely do everything so no patient stays (dies) in the OR. I have no doubt he did absolutely everything to save my life. My condition was bad. I had 3 of the 4 main arteries blocked (right one was 100% blocked, while 2 of the 3 arteries on the left side were about 85% to 90% blocked and blocked at several areas of the arteries). My heart pump was also only working, pumping 1/3 of what it should. I'm only 39 years old but I survived and now I am doing great. His staff is amazing. I have had nothing but great experiences with him and,his staff before, during and after my surgeries.

His office is inviting and professional. His staff is top notch. Beth at the front desk is very informative & welcoming.
