Jacek Lech Mostwin

I received a RP from Dr. Mostwin in 1998 when I was 60. He was my second opinion after finding the cancer by my GP. I will be 84 later this year and am doing fine. He made the right call. I am very grateful to him.

At age 49, I under went a new surgery for enlarged prostate performed by a urologist at another local hospital that left me in debilitating pain for months and received meds that made it worse. Frustrated I called JH and was put in contact w/Dr. Mostwin. He observed my pain, asked questions, came up w/a plan to address the pain & changed my meds. One month after, I am pain and med free & fully recovered. Dr. Mostwin is patient, caring, responsive & brilliant! Highly recommend him!

Dr Mostwin is the Best. Found him 6 years ago. After 2 other surgeries that left me with a catheter. I contacted Dr Mostwin , had a couple of tests . He said I had a very large prostate and a divaticulate on my bladder that was as large as my bladder. He said he could fix both problems and I would not have to wear a catheter. He did a very good job and 6 years later and no catheter. He saved my life. Thanks Dr Mostwin

I found Dr. Mostwin 4 years ago after evaluations by other urologists for a blocked prostate. At that time I had given up on living a normal life because of my experience with other urologists. I was 83 at that time and was wearing a catheter off and on for 8 months, and was very depressed. After an evaluation by Dr. Mostwin, I was convinced that this is the guy I never thought existed. Within 3 weeks he operated. Never needed a catheter again. He changed my life.

Dr. Mostwin is not your typical flash in and out of the office type of physician. He took the time to sit, listen and explain the steps needed to help with my issue. He was calming with the way he explained the pro's and con's of the procedure. I felt very well informed before any treatments were started. His availability to answer questions after the procedure was unbelievable. The experience with Dr. Mostwin and the Johns Hopkins Team exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this doctor.
