very good doctor..i had numerous angio and stent placements with him..very pleasant dotor and knows alot and cares about his people..i had numerous procedures from him..he saved me life in a way thanks doctor jack

I went to Dr. Chamberlain and trusted him. Later, I went to another cardiologist who could not believe that the procedures were done on me at such an early age. He siad he would have expected this to be done if I was in my eighties.

I have been a patient of his for several years! You can’t have a better doctor! Not only is he great at his job he has a fabulous bed side manner! I was recently taken to another hospital called Glen Oakes, by 911, because it was the closest,and I had low blood sugar. Another problem I had was a had a clogged artery behind my knee and received an angioplasty from a doctor named Shah who said he was Dr. Chamberlin’s partner. I expected the same care as I received from Dr.Chamberlin and I received good cardiovascular care but I had the angioplasty on Monday and left the hospital on Wednesday night and Dr. Shah never followed up with me! Can’t say enough good things about Dr Jack Chamberlin. Did a procedure on my to open an Artery and in and out of hospital pain free. A vascular Surgeon wanted to do a invasive bypass. Dr Chamberlin is now my Cardiologist for life.

I would give Dr Jack Chamberlin 10 Stars. He is the finest Doctor I have ever seen. He gave me my life back. I had a blocked Iliac Artery. Other Doctors only wanted to operate with a Fem-Fem Artery bypass. Quite invasive, long recovery and no guarantee of success. Dr Chamberlin opened the Artery through angioplasty. In and out of the hospital in 5 hours pain free. My leg was getting hardly any blood and the pain walking a block was terrible. I was pain free the same day. He is now my Cardiologist for life.

Dr Chamberlin is fantastic. As a Interventional Cardiologist there are none better. Professional. Easy to talk to, and highly skilled. So glad I found him. Had a blocked artery leading down to my leg making walking difficult and painful. Dr Chamberlin opened the artery up with an out patient procedure. Now I can run again pain free.

He practices what he preaches. Gives me confidence in what he says.

After having a vein procedure I am in worse stage than I was before. I went back today for a follow up and waited for over hour and half and no doctor. I told them several times that I took off work and they kept saying he will be with me shortly. I finally ended up leaving. Never going back to his office in Elk Grove Village. Staff very unfriendly and no respect for their patients time.

We went to Dr. Chamberlain through reference by another surgeon who was not able to clear the artery in lower extremity. Dr. Chamberlain was able to clear the artery and re-establish blood flow. No longer need to think about amputation. We are very grateful for Dr. Chamberlain and his skill. He is also a very personable man and was very communicative with the family throughout the procedure. We would highly recommend Dr. Chamberlain and his staff for similar procedure.

this guy is great

I needed a pre-knee operation clearancefrom a cardiologist because of my highblood pressure. I was referred to DoctorChamberlin. He is very professional, detail oriented, and patiently answersyour questions. He also explains what they are looking for that may require additional tests. He has a great personality, and does not act impatient.If you wait for 20 minutes it is because he is backed up because other patients were provided with answers to their questions or concerns. I feel that he is caring and a solid professional.
