He listened and understood my problems
Very good experience
Absolute disaster. My son had been bullied in the past and is a nervous kid. Herskovits tells him he is "going to end up in jail". Worst possible experience you can have, in addition to being very rude and extremely arrogant. Find anyone else but this salesman.
Terrible experience! THinks he is above everyone and is very mean!
