Dr. Hsu is wonderful. I tell him all the time how I wish he was my youngest daughter pcp! ????

I found Dr Hsu through a friend of mine and I am so very thankful I did. My daughter needed an ENT bc the doctor who she originally went to stopped paying attention to what I was saying and left my daughter's tube in her ear for over 2 years even though I insisted it needed to be taken out. I took her to see Dr Hsu and he immediately scheduled her for surgery to remove the tube and patch her ear drum. Then a few years later I started experiencing hearing loss and ringing in my ear and he diagnosed me. His staff and himself are very polite and caring and I would refer anyone who needs an ENT doctor to them. I found Dr Hsu through a friend of mine and I am so very thankful I did. He is the best !

He listened to me and was very knowledgeable and kind. Great dr he really pays attention and advocates for you.

My momma don’t like you and she likes everyone. He didn’t pause for me to translate to my mom whose English is her second language. I had to ask him to show us image of her throat. And I had to explain Barney style multiple times her symptoms. My mom was shocked how rude he was to me she just starred back to him. Go somewhere where they care more about people than waiting for their paycheck. My momma don’t like you and she likes everyone. Dr. Hsu is THE BEST DOCTOR EVER!! He did both of my sons ear tubes. He is very kind, patient and explains everything so well. There needs to be more doctors like him!

Couldn’t possibly ask for a better ENT. Dr. Hsu was kind, professional, and explained everything thoroughly every step of the way. He clearly cares about his patients deeply, and it’s honestly such a refreshing experience to see a doctor who actually cares about you. I wound up getting a tonsillectomy and would not have wanted to do the procedure with anyone else as he did a fantastic job. His entire staff is also great and very prompt at answering/returning any phone calls. Highly recommend! Couldn’t possibly ask for a better ENT. Couldn’t possibly ask for a better ENT. Dr. Hsu was kind, professional, and explained everything thoroughly every step of the way. He clearly cares about his patients deeply, and it’s honestly such a refreshing experience to see a doctor who actually cares about you. I wound up getting a tonsillectomy and would not have wanted to do the procedure with anyone else as he did a fantastic job. (It’s actually pretty intimidating to get that surgery as an adult, and he warned me ahead of time I would be miserable. Worth it!) His entire staff is also great and very prompt at answering/returning any phone calls. Highly recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Hsu first time meeting him and can i just say wow awesome. Talk to me and explained everything. He is great wished I would have known about him sooner.The only reason Im giving 4 stars is the recepionist "Chasity" needs to work on her service skills and rude behavior.

Everything you would want out of a doctor he possesses. Kind, smart, funny, great listener, accepting, understanding, awesome at explaining everything, and by far great bedside manner.

Dr. Hsu is wonderful! He is kind, thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable and competent. After 60 years of having nasal polyps removed by a number of physicians, I had the best experience ever. I will recommend him to everyone I know. We are so fortunate to have him in Front Royal, VA

I met Dr. Hsu yesterday for the first time/first time appointment. What a fine gentleman and doctor. He explained everything very clearly and succinctly. I wish that I had met him decades ago. I fully recommend him and he had a very fine, friendly staff.

I took my 4yr. old here & he was awesome with her. He told her what he was gonna do & how it was gonna go. Showed me through a camera on a t.v screen exactly what he saw & what he was doin. I love this place & think Dr. Hsu is awesome, my daughter never flentched at all. I most Definately recommend Dr. Hsu & most of his staff

This was my first visit to an ENT and I was a little apprehensive not knowing what to expect. Dr Hsu was very patient and explained each step of the examination procedure. I was very happy with the entire experience and have to say that Dr Hsu is the best Doctor I have ever seen! I would give 6 stars if I could! Highly recommend!

Absolutely best ENT doctor I’ve seen yet!

I had nose surgery with him. Excellent professional! One of the best doctors in town.

He is a wonderful doctor very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anybody, he tells you how it is and he tries his hardest to make sure that you get help.

Recently, my wife sought medical attention for neck swelling at an Urgent Care office, where she was basically told that there was a strong possibility she had cancer. Needless to say, this destroyed our weekend. Dr. Hsu's staff kindly squeezed us in for an appointment first thing Monday morning. The Nursing Staff is SECOND TO NONE. Professional and HUMAN, and FUN. Dr. Hsu, turns out, is the most PERSONABLE, UNDERSTANDING, CALMING, COMPETANT doctor we have ever met. We simply love them all

He took his time, and my son loved him! I really liked the fact that he took so much time to explain to me why and how we were having he problems with my two year old that we were! BEST ENT AROUND!!

I was a walk in and I got accepted. Very friendly staff The doctor was wonderful and very professional.He spend a lot of time with me and was listening to my problem. He helped me where other doctors couldn't.I am very greatful to Dr Hsu
