Worst experience with this doctor and his office. I had him as an emergency doctor at Lake Monroe, based on his care and follow up I elected to choose another provider…. Please do not use this office if you need cardiac care!

Had to reschedule an appointment which would have been my second time for an EKG. They would not allow me to reschedule even though I called ahead of my appointment AND they were closed yesterday…….. Doctor A. came off very harsh like I’m too young to be there telling me I’m not doing what I’m supposed to do when taking my medication when this is what has been presented to me…. Says that my meds are the reason for my problem……… thanks for the help

I had the most wonderful experience with Dr,Jacob Agamasu from the minute, I walked into his office when I was speaking with his office manager extremely knowledgeable friendly, and had a beautiful smile while she was speaking with me, the doctor made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend this office when you’re looking for a cardiologist.

Dr. Aganasum seems competent but his unprofessional and incompetent staff forced me to find another cardiologist. Do not use this doctor!

Dr Agamasu is good but his billing staff is very rude and talks down to patients. Doc talk to your staff about this they will give you a bad rep!!!!!! Not good!

Not a good experience. Way too strong scented plug in deodorizers for a person on oxygen. A particular nurse opens the door to the wait g room to call another patient back and without any respect told me to raise my mask up since my nose wasn’t covered. I felt she was very rude and unprofessional. She had no idea I was having a very hard time breathing in the first place. There is such a thing as discretely communicating your point. Very Good Dr and Straight to the point. He is very thorough with my medical condition and helped me understand what to do to stay out of the hospital.

Dr. Agamasu was my mother’s cardiologist. When I was referred to him I was excited as I am aware of how well he took care of my mother.

Worst appointment I’ve ever had with a doctor. Spent about 10 minutes fat shaming and seemed to get irritated when I requested tests. My problems started while training for a 5k but he didn’t bother to ask just blamed my weight and tried to send me on my way. Called me a “disappointment to my maker” for allowing myself to become so overweight. I will never go back.

I been treated for Dr Jacob for about 4 years,very friendly staff, but unfortunately all good opinion that I have from his management team change dramatically. They call me today and decide to not tread me no more because I don't call or show for appointments. I a self patient with no health insurance and I always pay cash for my appointments they charge me $50 dollars cash from my pocket every time when I cancel appointment. Hello I not a rich person,or insurance company!!!!well they tell me I need found another cardiologist, because he don't going to treat me no more.GOD BLESS HIM AND HE STAFF. I would love to tell you about the visit, if I was actually able to see the Dr. I was called a week ago to say I had an appointment that I didn't make, but I decided I would go to since I need to see a cardiologist as I am in congestive heart failure. As I am on my way to the appointment I get a call telling me since I missed the 10:10 appointment I am now cancelled. My appointment was for 10:45, I didn't make that appointment but will take it and now its cancelled because I missed it at 10:10 and no one told me?? I have called this office 25 times and no one ever answered the phone, its ridiculous how do you run an office like this?

He has been my heart doctor for about 10 yrs. I highly recommend him!!!!

Dr Agamasu was my mother cardiologist and he was compassionate, caring, understanding. If you call his office with a concern he tells you to just come to the office. I would recommend Dr A to anyone who needs a Cardiologist. If you are told to see a Cardiologist, please give Dr A a call you won’t regret it

The place that handles his calls, needs to be replaced with new employees, extremely rude and disrespectful. Not a place to call into if you already have a heart condition, they'll probably give you a heart attack.

well explained patient and show concern

There is nothing as scary as waking up in a hospital and being told you had a heart attack. Dr. Agamasu was wonderful. He explained everything to me. He made sure that I understood what was going on with my body and what had happended and what to expect in the future. I later learned from my family that while I was not able to speak for myself, he was a wonderful advocate for my care and held the line on what he thought was the best course of action, regardless of what the other physicians involved had to say. This turned out to be the best thing for me. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Agamasu. I would strongly recommend him. He has made my continued care easy to understand. He has put my mind at ease regarding my future. Not an easy thing when you have have had an heart attack.

Dr Agamasu is a brilliant cardiologist! I highly recommend him as a physician! You will not be disappointed. He is extremely dedicated to his passion of caring for others! Good man!!!

Dr Agamasu has been my mothers cardiologist since her heart surgery in 2007. I have never met a physician who cares more about his patients. If you need him day or night he is there for you. He treats us like family and if I call his office because my Moms not feeling well he says bring her in and I’ll look at her. His staff is extremely helpful and understanding. He always takes the time to fully explain everything to me. I would recommend Dr Agamasu to anyone who needed a great Cardiologist
