Ms. Jacqueline Felczak

What a find Jacqui is! My son and I were constantly at odds and could not resolve our differences. I personally believed there was no way we would ever see eye to eye. With Jacqui's patient help and ability to relate to BOTH my son and me, we were able to change our dynamics and work out issues in a productive way. Jacqui's calm and thoughtful interventions while viewing our interactions helped us to view each other with a different perspective and led us to a different level of understanding.

I reached out for counseling after a crisis in my family. She helped me find the strength within myself to help my children through this hard time. She is easy to talk to and is very caring .

Jackie was extremely helpful for me. A typical suburban Mom with a full time senior level stressful job and family to juggle. I started seeing Jackie as a recco from a family member and was skeptical. Jackie shared a lot of coping techniques for me for panic attacks that I use all the time. I lost a family member in a tragic accident during the time I saw her and she called me the minute she found out to help me cope with the process on days I wanted to crawl under the covers.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Ms. Felczak. She was difficult to deal with as a provider, did not yield any results, and has a lot of personal matters which get in the way of her being able to get the job done.
