Very lousy. In every way.

“Dr.” Singer discriminates against disabled people. She took advantage of my Autism Spectrum Condition, Dyslexia, ADHD and Trigeminal Neuralgia.

Dr.Singer was hand chosen by my husbands ex and her attorney to do our child custody evaluation after my husband’s ex choose to move 8 hours away and we were fighting to keep the children with us in Santa Barbara where they had lived since birth. We were anxious and apprehensive about the circumstances and after reading Dr.Singer’s reviews I was worried she wouldn’t listen or that she may have been bought by the other side, but both of those assumptions based on her reviews were false. Dr.Singer was kind, fair and thorough. When our list of witnesses was one of the longest she has seen, she asked that we choose only a handful, and let us be the one to choose which she would speak to, that’s in stark contrast to other reviews of hers that say she only speaks to one persons witnesses or picks and chooses whom she interviews. That wasn’t our experience at all. The process was long, expensive and intimidating, but she made it as easy on us as possible and in the end she was able to see what was actually happening and her report was so helpful that my husband’s ex conceded custody to us over going to trial and having Dr.Singer’s evaluation come in to the courtroom. I appreciate all she did for our family and have a lot of empathy for Dr.Singer. In her line of work, there is always a winner and a loser in the custody battle, so there’s always someone left disgruntled and leaving bad reviews. She isn’t cheap, but she will get to the truth. And for us, that’s what we needed. Thank you, Dr.Singer. Singer is an absolute disgrace to any other ethical psychologists. She projects her unrealistic perceptions without any validity. She assumes , rather than reports the facts. Just google her name and you will see.

I am a family member in a case she was assigned by the family court in Sonoma County. She misquoted my statements in her court report as she did others she interviewed. She is unprofessional and wishy washy is the only way to put it. She certainly is not the child's advocate which is the whole point. I concur with the other reviews. What is wrong with Sonoma County when it continues to employ her after multiple California counties have found her work totally unacceptable?

She sides with whoever pays her first, refuses to interview positive witnesses for a person she doesn’t like, actively misrepresented personality testing (verified by a 2nd doctor who reviewed her notes), she utterly destroyed my child.

Wish there were zero stars. She will side with whoever is the highest bidder. Very unethical. Does not care about preserving families, just making a buck.
