Dr. Jacqueline Sue Turner

I’m heartbroken Dr. Turner is no longer practicing medicine!! ?? She really sat and listened to my questions and concerns.

Worst experience of my life! My biopsy was super painful yet when I’m laying there telling ouch she’s continuing to jab no sympathy whatsoever. It was found I had uterine polyps abs thick endometrial lining she wanted to implant me with mirena I said no thanks I learned my lesson with essure she replies by “well we can just leave you alone and see what happens to you”. What’s more I suspected I had still essure fragments the ultrasound mentions them in there I asked her why it would she replies by “I have no clue”… Months later another doctor finally admits yes they’re still there! This doctor treated me so poorly this was the worst experience of my life. If you want a good doctor this is not a good choice!

Total NIGHTMARE from the moment I walked into this office it’s been a clown show. I went for a pap with Dr.Kelly who found my uterus enlarged after making comments that I was reading way too much when I had serious concerns she finally sent me for a vaginal ultrasound. The ultrasound came back questionable: She assured me nothing to worry about however I pushed for biopsy and this is where Dr.Turner comes in. At biopsy appointment the vibes were off, she was closed off to questions made me feel extremely uncomfortable and with my pain while I said ouch and complained during biopsy she had no ounce of sympathy. Biopsy comes back I need polyp removal, but she has not a clue still as to why my uterus lining is thick or what the mass found is. I let her know after having essure device I do not feel comfortable with her suggestions of implementing me with iud. She continued to push the topic, I request partial hysto as I may very well still have pet fibers left over from essure removal. She tells me no need for that, sorry but insurance will not pay because you’re scared of possible uterine cancer.I asked then what is the point of her removing polyps was if they can come back and I’ll have to continue to have the removal procedure done.. She said we can just leave you alone and see what happens( SERIOUSLY) At this point I had already made a new appointment with another gynecologist and let her know you know what I’m just going to go to my second opinion appointment... She ended by “Perfect, very good”. Condescending and no empathy. If you want a caring and knowledgeable doctor on your team this doctor and her office is not your go to choice. Disgusted

I am a new patient of Dr. Turner's. She was very thorough and answered all my questions/ concerns. Her nurse was just as amazing. The person who checked me and the person who checked me out were friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Turner.

She was my OB for my first baby and was amazing throughout. She took time to talk through what I wanted my birth experience to be IN ADVANCE and ensured that once the day came,the plan was followed. Always open, honest, and transparent. I've not had another doctor that even came close to matching her professionalsim.

Dr. Turner referred me to other doctors (a geneticist and a high-risk OB), but failed to send any of the paperwork to the additional doctors in a timely manner. She was a kind enough person, but I wasn't impressed with their record keeping. It was a hassle to get the paperwork to the other medical professionals.
