Dr. Jaffar M Elahi

He doesnt listen. I visited him for a new filling after having my new fillings adjusted over 7 times at my regular dentist. I had visited my other prosthodontist of 25 years who said I needed a new filling on a molar. That prosthodontist does not do fillings so suggested I see another who does. Dr. Elahi disagreed and instead adjusted my upper and lower molars by grinding them away so much that I can't chew on one side now. I am also having a flare up of TMJ which was not previously a problem, my mouth does not stay shut when I'm sleeping now and I wake up with a dry mouth. I trusted him to help me and my situation is now worse. He did not use any computerized tools to check my bite or anything, he just winged it.His work irritated my molar, and I ended up getting a bleeding ulcer in my gums above the tooth. I trusted him and his antiquated treatments and I regret ever setting foot back in his office.

He listens and he is an honest doctor and a great doctor as well.

Wonderful experience! This was my first time to this dentist office and I am usually an extremely nervous patient but Dr Elahi and his team did a great job easing my fears and making me feel more relaxed in a dentist office then I have in years! I'm glad to have found my new dentist!

Dr Elahi and his staff were very helpful with my mom. They got her right in and are helping her get into an oral surgeon for some advanced procedures before completing her other teeth. Very professional and responsive. My mom couldn’t say enough good about them.

The office staff is wonderful to work with and Dr. Jaffar is so kind and understanding with ever case.

Dr Elahi has unique skills of diagnosing and effectively treating my problems. He listens to my issues and then provides the most effective treatment possible. I’m always treated very well not only by him, but also all of his office staff. Excellent dental care office! The office members were pleasant and friendly. Dr. Elahi was professional and efficient. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable during my visit. Definitely coming back to see Dr. Elahi and his wonderful staff!

Best dental practice I’ve been to! Would highly recommend Dr Elahi! Tammy was friendly, welcoming, and helped me check in quickly. Ximena was professional and precise with taking my x-rays and creating a custom bleaching tray. Stephanie did a very careful and thorough job removing a lot of built up tarter on my teeth.

Very friendly staff ! As someone who is terrified of going to the dentist. I can definitely say they want the process painless and super easy. They're super knowledgeable and took care of all my needs ! Dr. Jaffar and his staff are amazing ! 10/10.

Dr. Elahi is professional, kind, and thorough. My family is very grateful for him, he took wonderful care of my grandmother's dental problems for years. He has a big heart and does great work. Can't recommend him enough, you're in good hands!

Easy to get an appointment and very qualified staff and dentist.

Due to my impacted wisdom tooth, I was feeling intense pain in my jaw and I couldn’t even open my mouth. I reached to this dentist who recommended me to get the tooth pulled up. I was anxious just imagining the pain associated with the procedure but he assured me a convenient extraction. The procedure was done quickly and I was happy to know how easily it was done. The best dentist I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Compassionate and very professional! His hygienist, Kim, is also THE best. If I didn't have to open/close my mouth, I'd fall asleep in the chair. That's how gentle she is! I highly recommend them.

Dr Elahi and his staff are all very professional and easy to work with. They arranged all my referrals from endodontist to dental surgery. They always greet you with a smile and seem genuinely happy to see you each visit. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Dr. Elahi. I always get nervous when visiting the dentist, but Dr. Elahi and his team were able to put me at ease. You could tell Dr. E wasn't just trying to get me in and out to see the next patient. Instead he took the time to understand my concerns and answer all of my questions.

I have seen Dr Elahi for many years. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and gentle. The staff are very friendly. The fees are very reasonable and the office has the latest technology. I highly recommend this office.

False accusations?? An allegation that is completely false in that the events that were alleged did not occur. Let's talk about the facts. I have an invoice that states in black and white what I was buying and how much I have to pay for it. This is a fact. I have proof of payment. You were prepaid upfront prior to starting any work. This is a fact. I used the Internet to provide me accurate information about the products that I was paying almost $600 for. This eliminated my lack of knowledge and all misunderstanding about what I was buying. I now know exactly how to identify the product. This turned out to be the most important fact. I provided Dr. Elahi with a sheet that states how to identify their product. I also gave him a product sheet with pictures. Here is a very unsettling fact. My finished dentures did not have the product I paid for. In a court of law I believe that these facts would be all that was necessary to win this case. I may be wrong about this and a court action is not necessary because Dr. Elahi did refund my money. I have an invoice that shows an adjustment and a copy of his refund check. These are also facts. In the court of public opinion you can make any self-serving statements that you want. Fill out a few paragraphs including words like, false accusations, misunderstanding, lack of knowledge and you also can change the time frame to your advantage. In a real court of law standing in front of judge once it is proven that you did not deliver what you were paid for anything else you testify to will fall on deaf ears. I can only hope that in this court of public opinion people will take time to sort out provable facts and question the veracity of his self-serving statements. False accusations?? Dr. Elahi is one of the best prosthodontist, if not the BEST in Sunlakes!! Him along with his staff put my fears of dentistry at ease in the matter of when I first step foot into his office. Would never go anywhere else and have already recommended all my friends and family to his office.
