I’d love to recommend Dr.Basraon but needless to say…. I never see him. Even when I asked to see “the doctor” I am “shuffled” off to an assistant.

The doctor gave exemplary care and extremely thorough! My first cardiology visit ever and I was treated like a long term patient from the moment I walked in the door!

I recently decided to change cardiologists just because I was not pleased with the last several interactions I’d had with my previous cardio and staff. I immediately felt very good about Dr. Basraon when meeting him and he was thorough in my initial examination. I believe I’m in good hands.

The Nurse Practitioner was very professional and knowledgeable. She listened and helped me with my concerns.

Dr Basraon is awesome. He is so kind and talks to you not at you!

Polite, well informed and gets things done. He works with the other members of The Heart Group to get to the bottom of the problem. Answers all questions and listens to what you have to say. Always smiling and friendly. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Dr. Jagroop Basaroon saw a young adult family member of mine. He ran tests he thought appropriate. In the end, he had no diagnosis. He didn't refer the patient to another doctor or make any suggestions. I asked him if he wasn't a little curious about the condition? An otherwise healthy and fit 21 year old was obviously having concerning medical issues. He just stared at me. I asked again if he had ideas of what to do next or was curious at all. Again, no response. He's probably great for blocked arteries and standard cardiac issues, but don't go to him if you need anything out of the usual treated. Another cardiologist in another city figured it out. And yes, it was something a cardiologist should have found.
