Very Professional and Great Office

If I could give this doctor 0 stars I would. Recommended by a family friend. Waited 3 HOURS. Saw 5+ patients who came after me before he saw me, so I mentioned it to him in the room when he finally came to see me and told him I had to wait 3 hours, which I personally found ridiculous. He told me I was having a temper tantrum. "No doc can see patients in less time" he said. Haha I see doctors all the time in 1.5 hours or less but ok sure. Can't take slight criticism clearly + VERY RUDE. Don't go.

Dr. Parekh was amazing and the new office is BEAUTIFUL!! The staff were extremely kind and the flow of my appointment was very smooth. They have even integrated technology into the office which helped me understand my condition better as I waited for Dr. Parekh to see me. He does a fantastic job with patient care - would definitely recommend!!

I had an appointment with Dr Jai Parekh for Cataract evaluation he was information his office was geared to patient education as well as services.His staff was friendly and the wait time was minimial . He took a good amount of time with me and answered all my concerns.I Would absolutely recommend him to my friend and family.

Dr. Parekh and all the staff at Eyecare consultants of nj are soo great. They provide quick and easy service and really impact everyone of their patients on a personal level. The care provided is phenomenal and scheduling appointments are so easy. All the staff is connectable, understable, and efficient, and genuinely nice! Plus, their facilities is one of the nicest I have ever seen with top-of-the-line technology. 10/10 recommend!!!

Dr Parekh and Dr Brar have been my Dr's for many years and the office staff is very nice. In all the years I have been to the office, I did not know treating people with respect and dignity was not nice. To the Office staff keep up the good work and stay just how you are would not change anything.

Do not give enough time with patient. for fast turn around, eye dialation done before read examination.

I think he should find something else to do with his life.

In his Edison office, he has one employee with short brunette hair and blond highlights who has no patience and is very rude to the patients. She is also hostile towards her co-workers as well. Dr. Jai Parekh is a phenomenal doctor but her behavior is inappropriate for the workplace.

I would like by starting off saying I will never go back to this office. First of all I waited 3 wks. for a appt., then you all packed in a waiting room like sardines, having your eyes dilated if front of everyone, then you go to inside hallway and wait some more, then when you finally get to see the doctor I swear he was in the room w/ me no more than 3 minutes, and did not listen to what I had to say. I request a re. for contacts, I came home w/ a rx. for glasses, even though I said to doctor
