I had extensive reconstructive jaw surgery 25 years ago and started having increased jaw pain recently. I tried dentists and family doctors and no one could give me an explanation or remedy for the pain. I went to Dr. Thoppay, with Integrative Oral Health and found that she had a plenara of dental/jaw problem knowledge. I could tell immediately that she would be instrumental in helping me. She is a teacher at heart and thoroughly explains the details and course of treatment that best suited me. She did not start with the most aggressive and intrusive treatment but rather a more gradual approach. She always explained my treatment options in understandable laymen terms. I would recommend Dr Thoppay, without reservation to everyone.

Also, her choice of lab made for a well constructed partial. She is honest and compassionate. She was very concerned with the condition of my teeth and made sure I had no disease. My spouse has cancer and Dr Thoppay went out of her way to accommodate his dental needs, she was very kind and patient with our need to cancel and change our appointments due to chemo and blood levels. Dr. Thoppay was one of the kindest doctors that I have met in my six week journey of healing from an injection injury. I have been extremely impressed with the office staff and doctor. Ria is personable, efficient, and professional. Dr. Thoppay has been a great help to me. I’ve suffered for 3 years and went to multiple doctors and no one knew what was wrong. Dr. Thoppay spent an hour with me on Telehealth and gave me answers that I didn’t know existed. Today’s visit was in the office (which was very pleasant and bright) was amazing. She spent an hour with me, examining me and discussing her findings. She was clear and made sure that I understood all the information she gave me. I’m so grateful to my rheumatologist who recommended her!

Dr. Thoppay was recommended to me through Dr. Dobson, The Hearing Balance Center as I had lost my sense of taste. She is very patient and kind and is through in her exam, trying help me understand, what may be cause and the solution.
