I was very pleased with my appointment. Everyone was very helpful and informative and very kind.

Dr Amundson takes time & explains everything. The front desk person is always so sweet & helpful. Luann Frank is simply the best!!

Withholding medical record information from a patient that has every right to know what is going on with their health. That is violation of HIPPA when asked to either have a copy to to at least take a picture of what my prescription was for my records…. Lady about got slapped or punched when I first walked in coming up behind me like she did and asked what I was there for.

Everyone was incredibly helpful, cheerful & attentive. Tony helped us pick our glasses, maximize our benefits & was so helpful with every step of the purchasing process. The doctor was great, very easy appointment. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Hands down this is my favorite eye place. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. Dr. Amundson is the best there is. He takes his time and explains everything to you. They also get you in and out. I’ve never had to wait for very long and they keep things moving.

Truly listened to my issues! I have been seeing him or his associate for years and have always had a 5 star experience. Also love the ladies that help picking out and fitting you for new glasses! They are the best!

It was great!

He is very understanding about the retina tests that I’m not able to do because of my Epilepsy seizure problems. He is very efficient. Doesn’t waste a lot of time but gets everything done! It was Tessa's first eye exam and she is so excited to get her glasses even though she didn't want them so i will credit the lovely girls in the office who were patient and helped her pick out a glasses she loves and is actually excited to wear! Everything went great . But now that I have used them for the first time at work the prescription is not quite right! As of 3 14 22 things are now plurry at a little distance away!!! And get a head AK after wearing them for awhile!

I feel so comfortable going to my eye appointments here. Everyone is friendly and takes care of you like you're family. Dawn is great! This time Tony helped me and he explained all of my options for lenses for my new glasses.
