It takes all the time you need to explain any procedure or what your problem is. I've been going to him for 7 years and have had excellent results he did a knee replacement for me it has been fabulous. I definitely would recommend him

Dr. Bell was pleasant however unhelpful. I have several concerning issues with my muscoskeletal system which an orthopedist is supposed to be trained to address. My incompetent primary provider failed to write a referral that included my other orthopedic problems so Dr. Bell would not address those concerns because the referral only stated my Right knee. As a RN with 30 years of experience I read all my medical records with a fine tooth comb. Doctors and nurses at Eisenhower lie on your records. They say they did a review of systems yet that never assessed or asked about any of the information they said they reviewed. They only want to handle one problem at a time however the body is a multi system that is all interrelated and unaddressed problems can snowball and cause further problems which is not only unacceptable but also malpractice. If I want to have my concerns addressed I have to go back to my primary provider (6 week wait) to have another referral generated which takes a week or two to get authorized and then 2-4 weeks to see the specialist. This is how it goes with our terrible, broken healthcare system and Eisenhower Is no exception. Don’t get me started on the horrible ER at Eisenhower. That’s another review. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome of my knee replacement! After years of difficulty and discomfort, I am fully mobile and 90% pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Bell (if you can get beyond the somewhat incompetence of his staff).

He did both my knees and they healed great. His personality is beyond fantastic as is his PA's who is also great. Terrific staff in Palm Springs.

Dr. Bell & P/A, Olivier, are nothing short of Amazing! They understand my passion for farming. Through discussion, Dr. Bell helped me identify what I did to cause the two meniscus tears. (twisting left knee while carrying heavy objects up stairs). Oliver showed me techniques to prevent from repeating the same mistake. (Dr. Bell scoped the medial in 2016 and lateral in 2017). I appreciate them for providing me with tools to retain healthy knees. Thanks to you & your fantastic staff!

Dr. Bell has performed 2 surgeries on my arm and will be performing another on my wrist in a few days. I consider him a friend. He's the type of person I'd like to hang out with and watch a football game. I come from a family of doctors (I'm the black sheep - I'm an attorney). He is the nicest Dr. I know on the West Coast. I trust him unequivocally and would let him perform brain surgery on me - if he was a brain surgeon! His office moved to Palm Springs which is my only complaint.
