Terrible experience just tryIng to schedule an appt. Noone ever answers the phone. You have to leave a message for and you’re strongly encouraged to leave one message only. So if you don’t get a call back within the timeframe then what. Dr Benecke may be a good doctor but his office staff could use some training. Truly the sweetest, most compassionate, and knowledgable otolaryngologist there is. I've been going to Dr. Benecke for almost twenty years and he is the only one I could ever trust with any ear issues I may have!

Dr. Benecke is a true gem, both as a doctor and a person. I trust only him with any ear issues. He has helped me for over 20 years. Dr. Benecke is second to none!

I’ve known Dr. Benecke since I was a child. He has done 2 of my 3 tympanoplastys and I trust him tremendously! Hands down the best doctor I’ve ever met and I wish he could be my doctor for everything!

Dr Benecke is the kindest Doctor I have ever known. He actually cares about his patient and you don’t feel like just a number to him. He has helped me with my Meniere’s Disease for many years now and I would never trust any other Doctor the way I do him. I would highly recommend him to anyone with hearing related problems.

I went to Dr. Benecke because I have eustatian tube dysfunction and tinnitus. While I was given a very thorough hearing/inner ear exam by an audiologist, Dr. Benecke offered no solutions for my eustatian tube dysfunction except to say that I should never consider tubes for my ears. He did suggest I try Lipo Flavonoids for the tinnitus. I was very disappointed as I had waited six weeks to get in to see Dr. Benecke and had hoped that his many years of experience would yield a solution.

He is a very good ear doctor. He has a very good demeanor and does not over treat ailments.

I just saw him for the first time today, and we're working on treatment, but I have to echo others. He is such a kind man. He was clearly focused on me while I was with him. He talked using words I could undertsand, and he was just relateable in general. I wish all my doctors were like him!

I've seen Dr. Benecke since I was six months old. I'm now 24 and he's hands down the greatest doctor I've ever seen. He always takes the time to sit and discuss the issue with you and ensures you understand exactly what he is doing and why he's doing it. He's one of the nicest people I've ever met as well. I recommend his practice to anyone I know! He's wonderful! Also - he moved locations within the medical center! He's now in Building C, Suite 380 I've seen Dr. Benecke since I was six months old.
