Dr. Bowen is an amazing Doctor! He always listens, answers questions, and provides wonderful care.

Dr Bowen is an excellent provider

Dr. Bowen participated in a study to determine whether older people who have had no recent flare-ups should continue to take interferon/medication. The results were borderline. He discusses with me the pros and cons and in the end, supported my decision. Exactly how you'd want this kind of decision to go.

Dr Bowen is awesome

Dr. Bowen is fantastic. He's brilliant but modest. He's personable, but also very knowledgeable about his field. He cares very much for his patients. I wouldn't consider going to another neurologist. Dr. Bowen Is the best.

I was easily able to make changes to my appointment. I expect and get excellent care from Dr. Bowen and his team. I recommend him highly and have done so to newly diagnosed patients. Dr Bowen is one of the most competent and compassionate doctors I have experienced - one often must choose between the two qualities, but he has both and more.

Dr. Bowen and his staff are awesome! They are very caring, compassionate and professional. The best care ever. Is there a question in this survey related to changes that have been made related to being able to schedule with your doctors? If there isn't I suggest you add one, because that is a change that I find extremely frustrating

Dr. Bowen and his team are exemplary in their care and treatment of his patients. Have been seeing him for over 20 years for my care.

Dr Bowen is a great doctor. Very well educated and trustworthy and competent.In YEARS past, the on call docs were NOT neurologists that could understand my complex medical condition. I do not know if you have fixed that particular problem. Neurologists should have after hour emergency docs available that are neurologists.

He seems to care, is very knowledgeable, and is pleasant to talk with.

I am so grateful I have Dr. Bowen as my MS neurologist. He is wonderful and has helped me me learn about my MS, manage it with the care and support of other MS specialists at the MS Center. Dr Bowen and his MS team have helped me stay well be active so that my quality of life with MS Is good.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bowen's and the MS Center staff specialists he has suggested I see since 2010 the care I have received has been excellent. It has been the coordinated care for my MS and other health issues I have that I always needed but didn't get until I began to see Dr. Bowen and receive care at the MS Center from him.

I love Dr. Bowen! He is amazing! My friend was recently diagnosed with MS and she asked me who to see. Of course I raved about Dr. Bowen but unfortunately, she was unable to see him. I reassured her that all the neurologist at MS are wonderful and thankfully she is able to see another one at the clinic.

Dr. Bowen is a physician I always trust to provide me with accurate medical information I need and recommendations to questions that I may have regarding my medical conditions. He's a great doctor!

Always asks how I'm doing and listens carefully

Dr Bowen is experienced, without being stuck in old paradigms. I don't have to choose between am old doctor who tells me old recommendations such as not exercising too much, or a new doctor that just prescribes the strongest meds available, even if they carry a higher risk profile as is currently fashionable. When I have a question, he answers as he understands the latest research and recommends and prescribes what I need. He has also advocated for me with other providers. He exudes strength without arrogance and empathy, without pity. The clinic runs smoothly and everyone seems to like each other.

Dr. Bowen is extremely respectful. He is also very intelligent and skilled as a physician. I never have a bad experience with him.

I’ve been going to Dr. Bowen for 12 years for my MS, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. The MS center he set up says it all - aside from doctors, it’s got rooms for counselors in the emotional and vocational aspects of MS and others for alternative therapies like yoga and group support. He keeps up on the science, often because his MS center is sponsoring or his patients are enrolled in drug trials, and can answer questions about what’s next. I wish the intravenous cortisone was still administered in a hospital but the infusion center is as comfortable as they could make it. Finally, his manner is warm and empathetic. He listens and responds. Again, highly recommended.

My wife suffered from aggressive case of multiple sclerosis, resulting in her death. We were referred to Dr. Bowen and was a patient for 3 1/2 years. Over this period, Dr. Bowen and staff did little provide any benefits, treatment plan or address her issues. In the majority of the office visits, we never met with Dr. Bowen, only the nurses/staff. When we did have the honor to meet with Dr. Bowen, he didn't focus on my wife's issues, but rather expand at length on his awards, medical community recommendations, speaking engagements and vacations. Simply cared more about himself than my wife. When you have Dr. Bowen, do not expect to have any significant time or follow-up from him, at best, his staff (after several calls) will respond. In our last scheduled appointment, Dr. Bowen was too busy to see her. My wife passed away 4 weeks later, enduring extreme pain and discomfort. Dr. Bowen and staff provided no treatment plan or support to her.
