A true professional in his craft. Very careful and patient with everything they do. I drive an hour every week to get work done and would happily drive 2 just to get my work done by him. If I could leave a 6 star review I would.

Awesome new hygenist! And as usual the rest of the staff is great as well.

Went for my semi annual cleaning with Maribel, this is my first visit with her. She is very thorough and professional. A straight shooter, if there is something you are not doing to help keep your teeth healthy...she will surely point it out and I am a bad flosser. Great job and welcome.

This was my first visit. I was getting a second opinion about some recomendedcrowns my reg dentist suggested.Dr. Crowther and his assistant Danielle were so helpful and patient with me. He was also honest with me and said I did not really need the crowns right now. What a blessing. So I can definitely recommend him and I will be making him my regular dentist immediately.

Very professional. Over all a very pleasant experience.

The office as always made me feel comfortable. That has continued the the COVID crisis and I appreciate their safety precautions

Not fun spending 2 hours in the chair...they made me comfortable and were very professional.

Brenda completely ruins the whole experience of this office. Everyone else in this office is great except her. Disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional and definitely CAN NOT DO SIMPLE MATH. ALWAYS, trying to over charge us. Get a new receptionist!!!

I did not sign or initial anything to authorize the work. I did not have the money and was told I could not leave and that I should call my parents to help me out. After over a year of decent service, it was all destroyed by one phone conversation. I attempted to reschedule 24 hours in advance and was essentially threatened that I will be charged. The reason I was attempting to do this is due to an unforeseen schedule conflict. To be treated this way after literally draining a year's worth of dental insurance into this office, it is obvious they are more interested in money than they are the patients they help. Very poor. Dr Crowther and his staff are the best in west Volusia. I have tried many dentists in this area - He does it all!

I have been afraid o go to the dentist my entire life. I began seeing Dr. Crowther and his staff in December 2018. They are great, there are not enough nice things I can say about them. I honestly would recommend his office.

Dr and staff were professional and kind.

Dr. Crowther is a competent dentist. I have no complaints about the work he did on my mouth. However, whoever does his bookkeeping should be fired--immediately. I stopped going to him 8 months ago because I continued to receive past-due bills after nearly every appointment, even though I had supposedly paid in full at the time of appointment. Recently, I received yet another past-due bill that was labeled as "seriously delinquent." When I called the office, I was told it was for a hygienist appointment that I'd cancelled--in December--when I was diagnosed with severe bronchitis. I asked why I hadn't received the bill 8 months ago and was told I could disregard the late charges. Oh... Thank you very much! I told the person who answered the phone that their accounting practices were shoddy and had cost them a patient. She said they couldn't determine the exact insurance payment at the time of appointment, which is why I received (past-due) bills afterward. Bunk! I have not had one single problem with my new dentist--no "you still owe this much even though you paid in full at time of service and oh-so-sorry about that past due bill that was sent out several months after the fact." Takes advantage of patients to maximize profits without care for the patient. He set a timer on my office visit, pined me to a chair, numb my mouth then asked if I wanted 3 or 4 teeth pulled. RUN from this guy!

Dr. Crowther and his staff have successfully eliminated my fear of going to the dentist. I had many bad experiences as a youngster, and avoided going as an adult. My Dad was one of his implant patients and I am now a regular patient, fulfilling my Dad's wish that I take care of my teeth.

Great staff. They make a sometimes dreaded situation very comfortable.

This dentist does it all. Fillings, root canals, implants. He also takes advantage of people who are mentally challenged. Crowther did FIVE root canals on a patient in less than a year when the patient had complained about only one tooth. The patient wasn't aware of what work was being done! The dentist office hummed and hawed about discussing the situation with the primary insurance holder, myself. I finally convinced the patient to see another dentist. Crowther had done the root canals but Didn't Do the Crowns! With partial dental coverage, the patient was still in debt by $2100.00! Shortly after changing dentists, the patient had a to have a another EMERGENCY root canal! Another $900! And the crowns have yet to be done. This dentist - and the office personnel - are bad people. The hygienist is great but complained that Crowther is verbally abusive and shoved her on one occasion. This dentist does it all. Fillings, root canals, implants. I've been coming here for about 5 years and am thoroughly pleased w/ Dr. Crowther and the friendly staff. The place is quite kempt and warming. I'll continue coming here!
