Dr. Higgins is professional, caring and always helpful. His office staff however, is the complete opposite. They are incredibly condescending and not interested in what his patients have to say. It is unfortunate that he allows them to treat his patients this way and I may be changing my doctor solely because of their behavior. Dr. Higgins is a great doctor and his staff was understanding and always fit me in to see him. Over the past several months, he shortened his hours and the new staff was not accommodating AT ALL. I need my doctor’s office to be a safe place for me and they made me feel terrible. I no longer go there and am much happier

Dr Higgins is extremely patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and kind.

He took really good care of my father before he succumb to cancer. He really cared about my dad and it showed.

Dr. Higgins is one of the best he always has time for you and answers in away you can understand what he means. The office is also the best they also have time for you ,you can not go wrong with the doctor and his staff

First time seeing this doctor. The staff was extremely pleasant. Dr. Haggans demeanor made us feel very comfortable. Very happy that this doctor was recommended to my husband. Office is very clean. Very thankful that we found a new primary care doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Higgins for several years. His office is run efficiently - no sitting in the lobby / exam room for an hour waiting to be seen. Dr. Higgins listens to you, makes appropriate recommendations and explains the rationale for them. I have been under a specialist's care for an autoimmune disease for 25 yrs. Dr. Higgins is well versed in my condition and has taken additional measures my specialist failed to suggest to ensure my good health. Excellent physician!

Dr. Higgins is a thorough and caring physician. He listend carefully to all my concerns and answered all of my questions with ease and confidence. The wait time was less than 10 minutes! His staff is always accommodating!

Dr. Higgens dropped our insurance after have been a patient for years. Called during flu season and staff was rude and he wouldn't even consult with my family. Saying "he's not your doctor anymore, try STAT health" A simple letter would have been nice. Now we are scrambling during the worst time. My husband was sick with an unknown issue, after a couple weeks with DR Higgins diligently working toward a solution we were directed to a specialist and treated, successfully. Dr Higgins' thorough questioning, patience, understanding and insight helped to relieve our concerns and build our confidence to return to him for all of our families needs. His entire staff is wonderful.

Dr Higgins took me in when no other Dr would because it was coming up on a major holiday. I was very very sick and in 5 1/2 years or so that I've been his pt. I can say enough about him. I never wait to get an appt and I never wait long to see him, he answers everything & he's approachable & an amazing caring Dr. He's nothing short of 5 starts & if rate him higher if I could.
