Ran tests on a non-ESL patient and no one was available to help explain the bill. Have tried twice to get assistance in explaining the $250+ bill, but the account is out running personal errands and can't return my call. ???? I'm helping my friend find a new doctor in Sequim now.

Doctor James E. Hult is a "Doctor's Doctor." He is exceptionally well trained across a number of disciplines, continually studies medicine, new procedures and medications. Ended up with Dr. Hilt by default. He seemed kind on the first couple visits. Now, its been a year and I am reduced to tears during EVERY visit. My needs/questions/concerns are dismissed entirely. My records have been lost, thus past diagnoses and discussions "no longer exist". Waiting time is well over an hour. Medication doses get changed readily due to his inability to remember the diagnoses and films and MRI's "lost." I'm told I must get copy of records to him again, even though they were ordered thru his office. Due to difficulty in getting to specialist in Seattle and my 80 year old parents not able to get me there, then my folks are referred to as uncivilized. I would rather suffer from degenerative disease and hemangioma of my spine than to be talked down to, records lost, so I must be perfectly healthy. Given 4 pain pills, decreased my epilepsy meds, spoken to as though I have double digit IQ. LITERALLY EVERY VISIT, I am treated with zero dignity or respect. Told I have a selective memory. At least I have a memory. The only other doctor has had his ability to write various level of scripts suspended. Other 2 providers left . No other providers available in this county. My tough luck.
