Just glad to find this doctor. Been a patient since 2015 and would not go anywhere else.

I had basal cell carcinoma removed just under my eye, with stiches into my lower lid 6 days ago. Dr. Keane comes to Conway once a week and I am so glad. He and his whole staff are wonderful! They told me what to expect & prepared me for the worst [which was not the case with me]. I was anxious, they were caring and made sure I was comfortable. I had very slight discomfort, only took Tylenol the first night. Had very mild swelling and no real bruising. I feel sure in a few months I won't even know where the cut was. Dr. Keane is one of the good ones, when I went into the exam room, I was followed by a nurse and Dr. Keane, I didn't have to wait at all. I wish all my Drs. were this way, he even called me at home the next day to ask me how I was doing, wow. He is defiantly my number 1 doctor, thank you Dr. Keane Lee Gilmer..Clarksville, Ar.

I had a cancer on top of my nose.This Dr and his staff were wonderful to me and my husband. He removed a large section off nose, had wonderful plastic surgeon waiting. He made my nose pretty after all the swelling and healing. I would use Dr Keane again and highly recommend him.

All they care about is Money!!! Beware of this clinic. Not sure about Dr Keane, never got to see him but his staff is very rude!!

Dr Keane does beautiful work, however his office does not take insurance or allows you to pay out for the surgery

Dr Keane removed cancer from both my cheeks last year. He did an amazing job.

Very friendly staff and no wait time. Dr Keane is wonderful. Very professional and his bedside manner is fantastic. Made me feel very comfortable and not nervous at all. He has very sweet nurses too. Recommend him highly! More than 5 stars!

I had a basal cell carcinoma on my nose. It was in a very obvious place. Dr Keane’s reassurance about the procedure set my nerves at ease. ALL of his staff has a friendly and professional demeanor. I really appreciated the follow up call from Dr Keane himself, that is added bonus. I’m healing well and the defect will barely be noticeable. Dr Keane is an amazing surgeon and has a great bedside manner. I highly recommend him, his staff and clinic atmosphere. I had a very positive experience. He took time to talk to me to help calm me down before he did the procedure. Spent ample time explaining the graft procedure, which I had no knowledge of .

I was referred to Dr Keane by my Dermatologist to have the MOHS surgery done. They contacted me about my scheduled appointment. Took my Insurance information and waited two days to call back and tell me they will not take my Insurance. I was told my only option was to self pay and of course they couldn't tell me an exact price but it starts at 2000.00 and goes up. Not many people can leave that kind of cost to chance. I was given no options on how to pay or if there was financing options or even work with me on the price. So I call back today because I can't locate another Dr near my area. I asked my Insurance about it and they told me they could contact them to negotiate a price so I could see them. I called to ask about it and they refused to do that. I asked for an office manager who told me they will not make an exception because the Dr will not get paid enough. So I asked can you tell me another place I can go. Not just one employee two employees. They said they didn't know of another Dr. That is a lie because every Dr knows their competitors and other Drs in their area . They had no compassion. Neither person I talked to ever said they were sorry or even try to help me. They literally admitted it was about money . I have skin cancer in two places and they didn't care that I could not find a place to go. Needless to say I am glad I will not be going to them. I will also make my Dermatologist who refers his patients to him about this when I speak to him. Maybe he will rethink sending you his business. Atleast that's my hope. It's a shame and they should be ashamed of themselves. I asked did the Dr know about this and they said yes. Be ware of this place. I dont care about the ratings or most reviews. Doctor Keane is not only a wonderful physician, he is also a great person. I've gotten to know Dr. Keane over the past few months and he has always been there when I needed him. He's a well respected physician who truly cares about his patients and those around him.

I was diagnosed with carcinoma on nose and sent to Dr Keane for surgery. Pleased with my experience from necessary surgery. Check-in wait time was brief; staff and nurses very efficient, friendly and caring bed-side manner. Dr. Keane performed my surgery quickly with local anesthetic; had onsite lab and able to remove all cancerous cells, which limited the amount of time required to be there. I had a very positive experience with Dr. Keane and his staff. They made me feel welcome from start to finish. Dr. Keane took the time to answer all of my questions I had. I had a large spot removed from my leg and now the scar is barely noticeable. He is truly amazing at what he does! I would highly recommend!

Doctor Keane is a wonderful physician and incredibly skilled at what he does. No one can even see the scar where he performed surgery! He is amazing. On top of that, he and his staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. I absolutely would recommend going to see Dr. Keane for Mohs Surgery.

Horrible experience! Got irritated when I asked questions. Condescending, dismissive and arrogant chauvinist. Very disrespectful. Didn't bother to use my name. I think he did not do MOHS surgery on my basal cell. He would not even discuss other possible options to the large graft he did for a very small tumor. Worst experience I have ever had with a physician. This was my 3rd MOHS. First time with Keane because he was closer. Never again.

I went to Dr. Keane after having Mohl's surgery several times by another local surgeon that would perform the surgery & then have me to go St. Vincent's to be given anesthesia, just to stitch me up by a plastic surgeon, which also doubled my costs. Dr. Keane performs the surgery and stitches me up better than any of plastic surgeons I used before! Plus, instead of my surgery being an all day affair, I'm released in a couple of hours. He is simply the BEST & he does BEAUTIFUL work!

Dr Keane is amazing! I will never go to another Dr to have any future melanomas/cancer/precancerous moles removed. He was fast but very polite and welcoming. His nursing staff was knowledgeable and helpful. My wide excision scar is amazing. I knew it was good, but when I saw my cousin's wide excision scar in the same area, I was blown away by how much better mine was. It is like someone made a marker line down my calf. I highly recommend & have told everybody.

He put 12 external and several internal stitches in an incision about 1-1/2 long that he had removed cancer from and two weeks after removing the stiches you can hardly see any sign of the incision. He is very good at what he does.
