Dr. James A Keeney

Dr. Keeney is a rock star. I had surgery on my right knee 2018 with another doctor and had to have the same knee surgery 2019 because the other knee prosthesis came apart. This doctor fixed the problem. I haven't had any problems or pain since that time.

He was the only doctor who would take me after another ortho doctor messed things up. He is so very nice and patient. His staff is great also. He did fix my problem.

Dr. Keeney performed my total knee replacement, a 46 year old otherwise healthy male. He damaged my peroneal nerve so that I can't lift my foot, called a foot drop. He provided absolutely zero worthwhile aftercare advice. He just told me to wait and see what happened and then to get a tendon transfer surgery. He never warned me that with my foot drop my Achilles tendon would tighten so much that it is impossible to stand flat on my feet. I need to wear a brace to walk. I was better before.
