Great experience

Had carpal tunnel surgery in September 2021. I am still so tramatized from that surgery now almost 6 months later that I will not have surgery on the other hand even though I am experiencing numbness in it as well.

I had carpal tunnel surgery done September of 2021 on left hand. It is still not right, but I can live with it. I am still so traumatized from that surgery I will likely die with the other hand somewhat numb. I will never have another surgery done in Fort Smith!

I would almost have to write a novel here to tell my wifes story.

Dr. Kelly did surgery to repair my trigger thumb and he did an amazing job! You can't even see a scar. I would highly recommend him.

Be prepared to wait indefinitely without anyone behind the desk caring. I waited over an hour for my surgery follow up visit and finally gave up and left without a visit. They did not care in the least that they were running an hour behind my scheduled time. No apologies or even faking that they cared.

Awesome staff and Dr. Kelley was very professional and polite and walks you through the process. He did an amazing job on me

The Dr was a nice guy he had a good bedside manner. My mother was having some seriously bad issues with her wrist and hand. Because she's older and on dialysis she couldn't find a doctor that would fix it. He did the surgery a great job i would recommend him.

best hand surgeon around. his work speaks for itself. granted he is very busy being the best, but definitely worth the wait! 10/10 highly recommended!

I know this doctor specializes in hand surgery and Other plastic surgeries. However, if you are looking for a doctor that can do amazing breast augmentation surgery, I HIGHLY recommend him. I had one breast that never developed and the other was very disfigured. He did amazing work! His staff are absolutely professional and so friendly. If you have questions, he will answer all of them. Dr. Kelly performed carpal tunnel & thumb joint replacement on my right hand. He did a tremendous job and all his staff is amazing. . .friendly, helpful, and kind. I have already scheduled the same surgery on my left hand and am confident in Dr. Kelly and his entire staff.

I would not even give him the one star if it wasn’t required. Rudest most demeaning Physician I have ever known. Completely unprofessional and egotistical. His surgery left me looking completely botched and feeling psychologically scarred. Horrible treatment.

Dr. James Kelly has operated on my hands, wrists and toe and the results have been excellent every time without exception. A few of Dr. Kelly’s surgeries have been complex and required extensive rehabilitation. Yet they all turned out extremely well though I had to do my part and work very hard in rehab. I couldn’t recommend a surgeon any more highly than I do Dr. Kelly.

Dr. Kelly did repair and reconstruction surgery on my left thumb after a knife accident where I cut through the artery, nerve and filleted the tendon. I couldn’t feel or use my thumb. Now I have at least 95% use and feeling back! I can play the piano and volleyball again! Never thought that would be possible, Wow! Yes, he’s in and out rather quickly and seems to be in a hurry but he’s an excellent surgeon in my book! Would highly recommend him!

First off this is the wrong address and hasn't been fixed in months, now when you come here be prepared to wait hours on end and have the waiting room so filled people have to wait outside... The actual doctor is almost always never here...

He was rude both to myself and my husband. Waited 4 hours to see him the second visit. He overbooks his patients as he try’s to see 70 per day. As a fellow healthcare professional I can truly say his professionalism is lacking and his quality of care is exceptionally poor. I don’t usually leave a poor review, but felt so badly after his care and hand surgery, I could not in good conscience NOT leave the review he earned. His nurses were very nice however!!! He is a good doctor, but be prepared to get rescheduled & rescheduled & rescheduled & then wait an extended period of time just to get a pin removed :)

Dr. Kelly is the best !! Been seeing him for 9 years from breast cancer patient to elbow surgery...

Unwisely we have used his "services" twice due to a strong recommendation by another doctor. In both cases, Kelley butchered the patient beyond repair by other surgeons. He remains unrepentant, unapologetic, and haughty when asked about his dangerous and debilitating operations. When we attempted to sue him, several attorneys in our area said they knew he is a very bad surgeon, but they would not take another case against him because, "he retains a brutal team of high powered New York attorneys who cannot be beaten in Arkansas." Kelley is dangerous. Do not let anyone you know even consult with him.

Very professional and expedite. Dr. Kelly is direct and consise. I like him. Nurses are also professional and kind.

Dr. Kelly is a wonderful Dr. I had been to 3 drs. with no help ! As soon as Dr. Kelly saw my finger he knew exactly what was wrong. Although his surgery schedule was full the next day he worked me in. He said it couldn't wait ! Thank you Dr. Kelly for saving my finger !! I highly recommend Dr. Kelly. He's the best in my book.

Dr Kelly is the greatest. It has been over a year since my surgery and I have all feeling in my fingers now. We are so blessed to have a Dr. Like him here in Fort Smith.

So far I have had a very good experience like the Dr he went the extra mile to see me and plan to have him do my Sergey on my elbow when another Dr had told me he could do nothing for it today got a corterzone.shot was way better experience than last Dr that did it thank you all

I had a plastic surgery and it messed my face up so bad Ive spent thousands to get another doctor to repair it. It was stressful and I looked better before I went to him.I spent hours waiting on appts. with him because they over schedule.He was in such a hurry we could be asking him a question and he would walk out of the room. Awful experience.

DR. KELLY WAS, AND IS MY FAMILY'S SURGEON!!!! AMAZING ABILITIES, I HAVE BEEN THROUGH ALOT, AND DR. KELLY WAS A GOD SEND FOR ME. HIS STAFF IS VERY WELL TRAINED AND ARE MORE THAN EFFICIENT. Dr. Kelly is one of the rudest doctors I have ever meet. He made me feel like I was an inconvenience and seemed more concerned with who referred me than with my hand problem. I guess when you are the only hand surgeon in town you can treat patients that way.

I have to say that Dr. Kelly & his staff were so good to myself, my son & my mother in law. My son had to have some tendons, nerves & artery repaired in his hand and he was very thorough & made us feel like we were important. I highly recommend him...the best care we have ever received!!

This is an amazing and caring Doctor, I highly recommend him. The staff and nurses are just as caring as Dr. Kelly. Thank you so much for all you have done.

Doesn't spend much time with patients and then he uses student to do his surgeries and if they screw up its hour fault

Dr. Kelly and his staff are AMAZING! My husbands finger was almost completely chopped off and he did his magic! He did tendon and nerve reconstruction and now the finger that we thought would never work again is healing wonderfully! His nurse is awesome too! Wonderful experience! We came all the way from Siloam Springs,AR just because we heard he was one of the best!
