Dr Kerpsack is one of the most caring and knowledgeable doctors we’ve met. Regardless of how busy he is, he spends time explaining the diagnosis and offers several options to consider. I highly recommend him!

I am giving 3 stars because the location is awful. Too many patients and no where near enough parking. The Dr is great and so are his nurses but the front staff isn’t the nicest. They come off as angry and unapproachable. I would go back because Dr. Kerpsack seems to know his stuff and I can over look the angry staff as long as the Dr knows what he’s doing.

Palm Beach Orthapedic came highly recommended as well as Dr. Kerpsack, my knee had meniscus & cartilage tears along with arthritis, he took care of the tears, Dr. and staff are exceptional, I highly recommend them.

I continuously seen the worst of orthopedist in Palm Beach County. This doctor is the best of the best great communicator showed incredible flexibility and scheduling me an appointment highly recommend them to anyone.

My experience with PB Orthopedic was exceptional. Everyone from the doctor to the front desk was pleasant. Dr. Kerpsack is an active listener. He still looks young, gives great medical attention and is well spoken. I’m happy to have found this doctor!

Both the staff and Dr. Kerpsack couldn’t have been more professional, personable and accommodating than they were on my visit for a follow up from hospital for a broken ankle. I will never hesitate to come back or recommend this practice to anyone should they ask.

Dr Kerpsak saw me for a torn meniscus. He went over my X-rays and explained all my options and answered all my questions.

Saw me at the scheduled appointment time which almost never happens at a doctor’s office. That alone merits 5 stars. The fact that every other aspect of the appointment, check-in to check-out, was 5 star too was just an added, unexpected bonus.

Had a severe pain reaction due to a back issue, saw me within 24 hours, prescribed medication and treatment. I have been a patient for 5 years and he has helped with my knee and back issues. He and his staff are caring, efficient, and competent. Highly recommend Dr Kerpsack

Able to get a same day appointment and avoid an urgent care visit. He took his time with me and answered all my questions. Everyone in the office is kind and friendly.

First time seeing this doctor. Efficient and friendly staff. Dr. Kerpsack was very professional, listened to what I said, and had excellent bedside manner. At this point, I am impressed.

I just had sx with Dr Kerpsack and he was amazing. He answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel very comfortable. Sx was done at burn RD and all the nurses were amazing, the entire staff and anesthesia. Also thank you to his assistant Rachel for all her help and kindness every time I have been in the office.

We went to PBOI for my daughter’s fractured arm. We first went to the gardens location and we’re quite impressed with Dr. Kerpsack and his amazing nurse. Even the front office staff was friendly. For our follow up appointment, we were scheduled at the Loxahatchee office. What a different experience this was. Dr Kerpsack and his nurse were amazing (just like at the first visit). And this review has nothing to do with them, Dr Kerpsack is friendly and knowledgeable- and his nurse treated my daughter with kindness. Thank you for that! But the front office- was rude and ruined the entire visit. I have worked in the medical field for several years and unfortunately, the front office can make or break your business. The two girls at the front were rude and so unhelpful. My husband was switching jobs and at our first visit, we explained at the follow up we would have a lapse in insurance coverage, and were assured this would not be an issue. .But this was not the case. When we arrived we were told our insurance was inactive and would have to be a self pay patient. I explained the issue and was told to have a seat. Over an hour went by, and I watched as many other patients were checked in ahead of me. I asking the desk to ask for an update, but. I just kept being told to sit down, and wait, as they were waiting for an answer from the back. I understand things like this happen, but this could’ve been solved by verifying the patient’s insurance the day before their scheduled appointment, so things like this can be resolved before the patient gets to the office. I asked the price of the X-ray we needed and it took over 25 minutes of waiting for them to find out the price. Once we got to the back, again, Dr Kerpsack and his nurse were amazing. At checkout, the front office girls, could’ve apologized for the inconvenience, but did not. They just collected my money and said i was free to go. My daughter asked for a sticker, and I was told they didn’t have one, BUT I could go ask the X-ray tech in the back for another sticker.. I can go ask for a sticker? How about the girls who ruined our visit - could’ve offered to go get one for my daughter? Maybe that would’ve helped the situation. I would never tell a patient they can go get their own sticker. This may seem like such a small issue, but all of these things added together, made the visit awful and unpleasant. If we ever have another fracture; or need to be seen by an orthopedic, I will remember this experience and this would not be my first choice of a pediatric orthopedic, solely based on the office staff. It was fast professional and to the point

Very efficient Ortho practice. Our appointment was 10:30am and we were in the exam @10:33am. Dr Kerpsack was patient, thorough, compassionate. We appreciate the patient education at the health literacy level of his Peds patient, and the current best practice approach to care. Thanks PBOI

Everybody in the building is outstanding period!!!!!!

The staff and the doctor were very friendly and very efficient. My appointment was quick, everything was explained, and I left understanding what my problem is and what the interventions will be. I would highly recommend the office and Dr Kerpsack.

Very nice and passionate about his care! He made sure we understood everything and he took the extra time to be present in the moment and make sure everything was right!

Everybody is great except the front desk staff. She was rude and dismissive to me when I questioned my copay. Rachel resolved it and Is so pleasurable and professional!

It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Kerpsack and be under his care. He is the best! And his surgical team is great.

Dr. James took his time to examine the concerns and needs of my son. He is thorough, wise and honest. The X-ray technician was patient and careful with my son. Everyone was amazing at their jobs…except the receptionist Jessica. I pray God softens her heart and remind her she is the first face of the business. Honestly, I almost walked out based on her alone. With her position comes the responsibility of having a heart and compassion, not rudeness and dismissive remarks. Office staff friendly and efficient. Dr excellent, great bedside manner and good at pt education.

The only thing I can say about Dr. Kerpsack is that he is fabulous! Dr. Kerpsack is the only doctor that was able to diagnosis our daughters' knee issues. We were dealing with issues for 3 or 4 years and went to multiple doctors. We are appreciative of his knowledge and skills that helped our daughter. Thank you Dr. Kerpsack!!!

I am very pleased with Dr. Kerpsack. He is attentive and caring during office visits. He takes a noninvasive approach when it is feasible, but he is an excellent surgeon if surgery is required. Extremely communicative and he takes the time to answer all questions.

Dr. Kerpsack and staff are Absolutely Amazing! He takes the time to explain what's going on and answer any questions you may have. My 7 yr old is 100% comfortable going to Dr kerpsack which as a parent means the world to me. He has Amazing MA's and Physician assistance! I would definitely recommend him to any one! Dr. Kerpsack one of the most patient doctors I have ever dealt with. Explains everything and never rushed me out of his office. I also would like to commend all of his staff that I came in contact with. They have all been the most pleasant girls to work with. Kudos to all of you!!!

My son has recently broken his wrist and had had to had multiple surgeries with Dr. Kerpsack. We we to the surgical center not the hospital and I and so happy we did. My son is 10 and was very scared (first ever anything like this) Not only has he been a phenomenal Dr. his staff has been above and beyond. They have all responded quickly, respectfully and with the text message and patient portal options it has all been very timely. I highly recommend Dr. Kerpsack and his office. Dr. Kerpsack was absolutely awesome! He got us in right away for my son. He was so great to us including my 5 year old. He did not rush us and answered every question. His medical assistant is awesome! This has been by far the best medical experience we have ever had with any Physician or Medical Office! Highly recommend him!

I found my interaction with Dr. Kerpsack to be excellent; he looked over and treated my daughter for a very minor elbow injury. He was thorough, descriptive, and direct. I have no issues with his bedside manner or care. However, the Palm Beach Orthopedic Institute that he works for unfortunately employs the dubious practice of surprising and ambushing a new patient with a legal arbitration waiver that you “must sign” in order to receive care. This form is separate from their fancy iPad check-in process. This is a poor time to try to get your patients to sign some of their rights of legal redress away while protecting your doctors and practice when you have an acute injury that needs to be treated. Quite frankly it should be illegal. I’d be happy to visit Dr. Kerpsack again under different circumstances or with a different medical group. Otherwise we will not be returning to the Palm Beach Orthopedic Institute. I visited this office because my 8 year old broke his wrist. After doing some research and reading the reviews, this place seemed like a good option, and I did not disappoint. The location was pretty easy to find, everyone in the office was very friendly and patient. We have cigna health insurance so it's good that they were in our network. I didn't like that I wasn't told before hand that there was an extra charge for the cast molding. It wasn't expensive ($85) but I would have liked to know this information before. As for Dr. James Kerpsack I thought he was fantastic! After reviewing my sons xrays he presented me with 2 options: In office bone manipulation in order to reset my sons wrist and a cast or anesthesia at a later date then a cast. I didn't want to wait so I opted for the in office procedure. Most doctors would have pushed for anesthesia because it's the more expensive option but Dr. Kerpsack didnt. I'm so thankful that he listened to my needs and was so gentle with my son. I can't express enough how great this appointment went. The nurses were kind and patient. No one rushed us along, they answered all of my questions and listened to my 8 yr old as well. They explained every step of the way what was wrong with him and how they were going to fix it.
