Don’t go there the doctor is super rude and unprofessional

Dr. James Kim was referred to us by my daughter’s pediatrician. It has been by far the most unpleasant visit for my daughter. He showed no empathy, and acuse my daughter of faking her symptoms. I don’t recommend him specially if it’s regarding your kids. He has no ethic was harsh, and showed no compassion. Please if you ever been there go for a second opinion!! As we are seeking for now. Despite the negative reviews, I made an appointment due to the location being convenient, it was a big mistake. In addition to the negative reviews Kim was rude, unprofessional, and practiced unsanitary methods. Will have to see another neurologist.

Called this place today they were beyond unprofessional, so I looked up thier reviews and I'm seriously not surprised after reading all of the reviews that they only have one star. Now that makes a lot of sense... I will definitely be taking my referral elsewhere. No need to let "dr" kim or his staff waste my time.

Total waste of time . Very disappointed. I don’t know Kim m.d Can call himself a doctor. He didn’t know anything and even canceled the appointment half way through because he didn’t have any knowledge at all on the situation. His best advice was go back to my g.p and get another referral for a neurologist. What a joke .

PLEASE DON'T BRING YOUR KIDS TO THIS HORRIBLE DOCTOR... worst experience of my life, took my 5 year old son and this doctor was rude, rough and he had no sympathy.. I don't even know where he got his education from because he lacks professionalism and compassion...

So when I went to see the Doctor, she was super rude!! She physically grabbed my arm hard and told me where to sit!!???? I told her she was hurting my arm and she laughed at me saying, "I didn't know I was hurting you!" After the procedure she gently took off three of the wires from my head, but was to lazy to gently remove the rest!!! She gathered all the wires that were connected to my head together in one clump, and ripped them off of my head!!!! It makes me sad that a doctor would treat their patients like this! Rude receptionists and doctor himself. We only see him once a year for like 20 minutes and it's amazing how he can make that short interaction so unpleaseant and dreadful.

I had a very bad experience with this office. My daughter was scheduled for an appointment at 930am. We were there at 938am and we were told that because we were late we needed to wait for a slot to be open in order for my daughter to be seen, so we could of been there the whole day an who knows if we old of been seen. First the parking there is ridiculous we were not able to find a parking spot, we had to park 3 blocks away that is why we were late. The young lady in the front was not so friendly, no smile. Dr Kim maybe relook your decision making before your staff tells your patients they may not be seen or wait for an open slot. Or maybe don't schedule to many patients at once. HORRIBLE ! I have CIPD and I needed to see a Neurologist as soon as possible and after a week of sitting on my referral I called their office to check on the status. I come to find out this SOB is only accepting patients with epilepsy and sleeping disorders, what kind of a doctor does that ?!
