I didn't wait long at all for my appointment which is almost unheard of these days.

Good experience overall.

Dr. Lee demonstrated compassion and surgical experience and exceptional skills. I am very BLESSED to have had him as my surgeon. However, I cannot say the same thing about his staff, his receptionist Stephanie was very rude and her behavior was very unhelpful. Stephanie displayed unprofessionalism and sadly and I fear other patients will feel very uncomfortable with her mannerisms and tone of voice during conversations. Dr. Lee is great but because of her, I would never feel comfortable returning as a patient.

Terrible customer service and assistants. Dr.Lee does not care and did not listen to what I said. I’m not coming to this doctor again.

Irresponsible and Unprofessional they are good at taking your money and ignore you. after the fist visit they told me to take an x-ray and drop it off then we will contact you. after I dropped off the X-ray they just completely ignored me and never answered my calls.

The most kindest staff. Dr. Lee was beyond informative, patient and caring. He fully explained all my questions without any hesitation. A rare find of a fantastic doctor. Thank you Dr. Lee and Staff

i have had 3 major surgeries, Dr will be performing my 4th which is a carpal tunnel open release, have had very bad experiences with my prior surgeon, which i will no longer see due to post traumatic stress disorder as a result. Dr. James Lee takes time to explain in detail any and all issues, wants to make sure you understand everything.A Doctor that actually care about his patients. He Is Awesome.
