Dr. Lesch and his staff are great people. Very welcoming atmosphere, anything you need they are more than accommodating and will explain the process. We live about 25 minutes away, and for me it's worth the drive to keep Dr. Lesch as our dentist.

Dr. Jim & his team continue to be professional, personable, and pleasant. So much so that I've increased my visits to every 6 months instead of annual for no particular reason except Why not? Well done!

What a super nice experience at a dental office. The staff is exceptional. I am a very nervous customer and everyone there made me feel so relaxed. The dentist took his time to explain everything that I needed to have done.

We felt like family, super personable and very intentional about ensuring we felt comfortable and didn't have any questions. Scheduling was easy and within a reasonable time frame of 2-3 months not 6-9 like I've experienced in the past at other places. This will be our new place to go for our dentistry needs!

Dr. Lesch and his staff are so amazing and after not having a dentist for the better part of two years they made my first trip back so easy and stress free. If you're looking for a new dentist in the Lakeville area I HIGHLY reccomend you check this office out!

Dr. Lesch is awesome! He always takes the time to explain what is going on during a procedure whether a checkup or a crown prep. I followed him from Richfield to Lakeville and the rest of my family joined me because he has that personal touch by getting to know you and your family. All other employees are also extremely friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr. Lesch to anyone.

Dr. Lesch and his team are fantastic! The entire office is so kind and makes each visit as great as they can. Dr. Lesch never seems rushed and takes the time to explain his concerns to me. He truly cares about all of his patients, and it shows.

I have had an amazing experience with Dr. Lesch and all staff since day 1! So polite and caring with every staff member I've worked with! Dr. Lesch has delivered such personalized service. When my husband was having tooth pain over the Christmas holiday, he called and texted to check in to see how his pain was and if the medicine he prescribed was helping. Absolutely nothing but positive to say about this clinic. Dr.Lesch and his staff were so welcoming and made me feel like family immediately. There office is very clean and well kept. They are very caring and most importantly make sure there patient is comfortable and happy. Explained everything to me made sure if I had any questions that they were answered. No wait time immediately roomed me everytime I came into the office. They 100% care about there patients and go above and beyond. Even though it more than doubled our travel time, my family followed Dr Lesch from his time in Richfield to when he moved his practice to Lakeville. We have never regretted it! Even my grandkids are seeing Dr. Lesch now! Dr. Lesch and his staff are very friendly and professional. I never have any apprehension about going to see Dr. Lesch and I always enjoy my conversations with him, even when getting fillings and caps!

I have been going here for as long as I can remember being in Lakeville and love the hometown atmosphere and location. The staff is great! Every visit, from the cheery greeting when you walk in to the hygienist staff and Dr Lesch's knowledge and expertise to checking out has been great. Even kids like going there!

The entire office is fantastic! Everyone is friendly and professional. I just had a couple fillings completed and the process was quick and painless with every step explained and all questions addressed! Totally worth the drive from Bloomington!

While no trip to the dentist can be described as pleasant my recent filling by Dr. Lesch came pretty close. Everything was efficient and organized, every bit of the procedure was fully explained in advance, and much care was taken to make me comfortable and pain-free. The numbing medicine worked perfectly and was completely gone very soon after I left the office. Even the stop at the desk afterward to pay was a good experience as the cost was less than estimated and there was a nice discount for paying by check. Dr. Lesch and the staff that I encountered were very pleasant and efficient to deal with. While I can't say I'll be eager to return but I am certainly not going to be distressed in any way about going back. I don't typically leave reviews but Dr. Lesch and his staff are just awesome. I've been going here for about 4 years and my dad has been going many years before that. When you first walk in, it's a very small town feel where everyone knows your name or are excited to get to know you if you're new. Setting up appointments is a piece of cake - just a quick call to the front desk and the ladies there are more than happy to help! I'll be honest, going to any doctor's office/hospital gives me serious anxiety but going here never has. Dr. Lesch is very knowledgeable and is always going the extra mile to make clients feel comfortable and happy. He and I always joke around whenever I go in there just because he knows of my anxiety and tries to lift my spirits before getting down to business. Some may call that unprofessional but I personally would rather have a dentist whose willing to take that minute to have fun and again, if willing to go that extra mile for his clients. When he does get down to it, it's very quick and to the point. He likes to stay on schedule as much as possible and like to get people on their way on time. I’ve had a lot of dental work done in the past and I hated the thought of going to the dentist. Dr Lesch and his team made me feel very welcome from the first time I called them. They made a point to get to know me and understand my fears. They are very patient and take the time to explain everything they do.
