I was able to get an appointment very quickly. I experienced about a minute of wait time. After the tech finished, the Dr. came in almost immediately. He conducted his exam quickly and professionally. I got everything done that I needed. I didn't feel rushed, but things were done quickly and efficiently. Great experience!

Dr. McCarty was very informative and patient talking to my teen daughter about her skin and the reasons why she was having acne issues and what the medication he suggested should do.

Dr. McCarty was very nice, it was my first time meeting him and he made me feel like I've known him for years, the rest of the staff was just as polite. He was very knowledgeable and didn't leave me with any doubts after my appointment.

Best new patient experience ever! Dr. McCarty and staff are excellent! He is warm, direct, compassionate and knowledgeable. His bedside manner is humble and attentive. You will be pleased with the office and staff from checking in to checking out!

I’ve been going to Dr McCarty for years. He is extremely capable and I trust him explicitly with my health care. He has performed several procedures on my skin - all successfully.

Dr. McCartney is the best. Very personable and very thorough. I have a hair loss problem. Other Drs have said nothing can be done. Unlike them, Dr. McCarty is exploring the cause of my hair loss and treatments.

I saw Dr McCarty again after a hiatus of several years. He was pleasant and professional, and I highly recommend him if a dermatologist is needed.

In addition to the excellent care provide I deeded to see a Dermatologist quickly for a medical issue. His office was very helpful and schedule the visit quickly. Dr. McCarty explained the condition, provided the necessary care in a personable manner. I am very glad to have found his practice.

Unethical business practice and more interested in $ than patient care On a conference call, BCBS, Dr. McCarty's scheduling staff and myself, scheduled a Preventative Full Body Skin Cancer Screening. BCBS choose Dr. McCarty for me since my dermatologist has retired. Dr. McCarty only asked me to point out spots and did nothing else. Then he started complaining about insurance not paying and he had to give up his practice and join the group and doctor's can't make enough money. . . The staff asked me to pay for the appointment and I told them it was covered 100% by BCBS. At this point, they said they don't do preventative skin cancer screening. After many conference calls and speaking to many staff members, BCBS has recording of staff scheduling Preventative Full Body Skin Cancer Screening, US Dermatology Partners staff have confirmed the appointment was scheduled exactly that way and that it was accepted as such. Dr. McCarty says they don't do preventative appointments and that I owe him for a doctor's appointment and he refuses to bill BCBS for a preventative appointment. He refuses to accept responsibility for their error. His behavior is unethical and dishonest. I'll never go back and I will never recommend anyone to use this doctor. Very knowledgeable doctor who has a lot of experience with skin issues. I've been to him a couple of times for growths and also took my son to him for acne problems. He immediately knows what's going on with your skin and the best treatment. He and his staff have always been very friendly and he takes the time to explain exactly what's going on and how they're going to treat it. I'd recommend him to anyone. Great Dr. I developed a skin rash contacted Dr. McCarty office the staff had me take pictures Dr. McCarty looked at them .and set up a video appointment. Dr. Knew exactly what it was I was so worried about what it was and so thankful he explained everything and called in 3 prescriptions . Fabulous Dr. he was recommended by my friend I would refer anyone to him. Thanks Dr McCarty!!

Great initial visit!

I have been going to Dr. McCarty for years and my visits are always pleasant. Dr. McCarty and his staff are exceptional. Dr. McCarty is kind and considerate and takes time to listen to all your concerns. He always knows how to take care of the issue.

Wait time was short, Dr. McCarty is professional but friendly, explained my diagnosis and took care of a few other keratosis I had not expressed concern about. So thorough. The office staff is friendly and efficient, and it has gone digital which makes things simpler. And free coffee!

He has a great practice and does great work. I have complete trust in him for my skin care!

While I feel that Dr. McCarty is very knowledgeable, I found his bedside manner off putting. I had two concerns regarding my skin, the first he identified immediately. When I started to talk about the 2nd, he interrupted me & said he knew what he was doing because he’s been in practice for over 30 years. I was visibly angered because I hadn’t questioned his knowledge or skill. It felt like I had just been scolded. Once I recovered my composer, I told him that I wasn’t questioning him, I was trying to explain another concern I had. He immediately changed his tone/manner & discussed what his treatment plan would look like. Unfortunately, the damage had already been done. I left unsatisfied, concerned that he would always be too busy to listen. I will look for another dermatologist. I would like to say that I found all other staff members that I encountered to be kind and efficient.

Dr. McCarty, has been the our families’ dermatologist for about 20 years. My children and I have gone to many different Demotologists, but I always come back to him. they lost my money then tried charging me

Been going there for years to keep tabs of my skin and treat any precancerous spots. He's used cryosurgery which is the standard way of treating these spots. Dr McCarty has in my opinion done a good, thorough job. No complaints.

I found staff to be very uncourteous and un caring. People shiuld not be treated in this matter. I would recommend people not patronize this particular doctor. He also seemed disconnected and not guving his full attentiin to his patience. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Easily the most unprofessional staff of any doctors office. They really need training here. On the way out, they are running another business of selling products & will try to get you to buy some of the overpriced items.

I went there for the first time about a month ago. I was complaining that my whole family has been getting this rash on the same parts of our bodies. My family never had this problem and it itched. So I scheduled an appointment with him and he told me that it was eczema and when I questioned him and asked if he would do a biopsy he said he has been doing this for 30 years and can look at that and tell what it was and if I didn't trust him to go and get a second opinion. I used the medication he prescribed and it did not get any better so I went and got a second opinion from another doctor and my diagnosis was scabies and the medication that was prescribed is working. I also took my daughter to him and he said she had eczema also in which my whole family turned out to have scabies. I am disappointed it felt like no one was listening to me and I wish there were more doctors who cared about what the patient is saying and understand just because you have been doing this for 30 years does not mean you can look at something and tell what it i. They charged my insurance to look at me and my daughter and also a copay of 35 bucks every time we came and to give us the wrong diagnosis (basically taking the insurance and our hard earned money). I feel like he is just scamming people and that is wrong. I will never recommend anyone to go to him. He does not know what he is doing and does not care.
