I've had intercostal pain for fifteen years and no one has been able to produce any kind of relief; well, Dr. Milburn was able to replicate/increase the pain during a procedure I had with him and inject a steroid into the proper location to alleviate some of my pain. I will definitely be scheduling another procedure with him to try to address some other areas. Dr. Paul Celestre recommended him to me, so I must give him some credit too. Don't hesitate to schedule an appointment with either one of these awesome doctors- I don't work for Ochsner but after fifteen years of constant, debilitating pain, the fact that Dr. Milburn was able to give me some relief will have me telling anyone who will listen.
