Dr Nappi and Jacqueline NP are amazing. Spent quality time explaining condition and treatment options. Very professional and down to earth. Will send lots of patients to them. And I'm a nurse too!

It is always a pleasant experience being treated at Dr. Nappi's office. He is very knowledgeable and professional and his staff is wonderful.

Dr Nappi and his staff are the VERY BEST there is. Experienced, personably. Efficient, patient, kind professional and skilled. You won’t find any better

I was able to get an appointment quickly when my carpel tunnel returned. The doctor discussed the reasons why it occurs and returns, and then gave me an injection. I was in and out in under 30 minutes! Also, his nurse is most efficient and helpful over the telephone.

I have been going to the hand center for treatment for about 2 years now I have looked forward to every visit the staff is so friendly and nice and treatment is exceptional every time when I go for treatment it’s like a homecoming I highly recommend this place

The Staff at Hand and Micro Surgery Columbus are wonderfully efficient and kind in their interactions with clients. It is always refreshing to enter their space. Dr. Nappi knows his stuff and is reassuring but matter of fact in his exam, review, and presentation of diagnosis and treatment plan. Dr. Nappi was very informative on how do the therapy. I did not feel rushed during my appointment and was abled to ask questions about my treatment. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I love the way Dr. Nappi was knowledgeable about my situation right away. He explained it in a way I understood clearly, with a certain calmness but yet a certain wittiness . As I left out of his office, I remember thinking “ I wish this was my primary doctor “ lol

I am a Pharmacist, and have seen Dr. Nappi for several injuries; none of which required surgery. I say this because, although he is a top surgeon, his approach is very step-wise and conservative. Dr. Nappi will exhaust all options prior to surgical intervention. He takes the time to listen to his patients, and doesn’t rush through your office visit like many practitioners today. Your appointment is as long as it takes to effectively diagnose and treat your condition. All this and a great bedside manner! What more could you ask for?
