He's a old school dr. he takes his time with all his patients top make sure they are ok & listens to any concerns

I’ve been to Dr. Pellegrini’s office many times. He is kind, thorough, patient, explains everything and takes his time. A hard to find gem!

He is easy to talk to and there every syep of the way for his patients he has a lot of compassion. He is also very knowledge in his field os practice and is gentle. He is available to his patients in an emergency.

Extremely helpful and accommodating staff. I am in disagreement with the comments below. When I switched insurances, the receptionist personally called my insurance and helped me step by step on how to keep Dr. Pellegrini as my primary care doctor. I have been seeing Dr. Pellegrini for over ten years and have never had a problem. He is kind, courteous, and caring. When I tell my friends that Dr. Pellegrini personally called me to discuss my case, they were shocked because they have never experienced that with their doctor.

I echo the sentiment above. He is a nice guy, but his wife is impossible to deal with, and she turns away patients on a regular basis. His wife is only interested in money, and unfortunately she now runs his practice. My family had been seeing Dr. Pelligrini for decades, but she has made his office insufferable.

Dr. Pellegrini is super nice and has a great bedside manner. He has good rates if you are paying out of pocket. He has Saturday hours in the brooklyn office which helps quite a bit. Shots are a walk-in so virtually no wait. I've been going to him for years and the shots are effective.

I had been a patient of Dr. Pellegrini for about two years. went to him with asthma complications. His receptionist ( who is also his wife) would not let me see the doctor as they were not sure if they accepted my insurance any more. when i offered to pay for the visit with my credit card anyway, she still refused to let me see the doctor. i was having problems breathing and the doctor did not care. He is only interested in getting paid, not caring for sick patients................
