Was late due to closure of the service drive. Also was told appt was 3:30. You wait 30-40 minutes on the doctor but they can't wait 20 minutes on you!

Actually had an appointment as a first time patient today. Drove 45 minutes just for the front staff to tell me that my appointment was rescheduled because the physician was not in today. I never received a phone call or a voicemail message to inform me of this!! What a waste of my time. Front staff was not accomadating at all. I'm very disappointed in the lack of their insurance knowledge and the things I have requested far in advance Surgery facilities that are totally covered under my insurance Doctors that are totally covered under my insurance. I cant just stop my surgery of precancerous cells to find another Doctors office. They wait until 2 days before my surgery to tell me the real Costs and then because it's a serious issue I'm stuck....I have 80/20 insurance but it will only pay half of surgery center cost because it's not a Tier 1 facility it's only in network for out patience...Dear God you couldn't find me a doctor that could do this weeks ago at the right place even after emails and phone calls??? You have to schedual in advance and pay 150.00 in advance for surgery center but cant pre authorize all the patience needs in advance? I'm pretty disgusted. The Doctor was great but his faculty are by far the worst I've ever encountered. Their job is not my job. They still have not gotten the approval for the referral from my primary Dr. Even after I emailed them???? If they dont get it I pay 100%....Then I have been given two names of two Dr.s that no one can say who is doing the surgery....Surgery center Says Hughes 2 days before surgery...Dr.Peters office says Elmazi ....oh and When I asked to meet Elmazi before my surgery oh no its 30 days out to get appointment that's way after my surgery! Elmazi is in network Hughes is two tier...Wth kinda place operates like this? I'm going there tomorrow and pray to God I get some answers that make sense for me not their wallet... People call insurance before you even attempt to go here especially if you need a surgey or procedure and asks every question you can because you need billing and coding because they wont help you get the right insurance coverage needs that you pay for. Why pay insurance if I have to pay half because you cant find me a doctor or facility on my insurance when I'm dealing with highly precancerous cells ! Very detailed to help you avoid the insurance traps and if you can find another facility find an office that can help you determine what's best for you not them. ***Updated Post 3/5/19***** This review is NOT for Dr.Peters. He is an exceptional doctor and I was blessed to have him as my doctor for the past year. This review is in regards to the horrible phone call I had with his assistant Camen on 3/5. I called the office to get more information about my test results. As she was relaying the information from my test results, I was writing it down however I missed some of the information bc she was talking so fast. She was advising me of some at home treatment, I asked her to repeat some of the information I didn't catch all of it and she advised me to Google it. I was very appalled to hear that response from a medical professional. It was very upsetting. I don't care how minute it may seem as she deals with this daily. I was very appalled at her response. I understand it is apart of her daily job to only relay certain information over the phone. However, I needed clarification as I had hardly any knowledge about my diagnosis and her response was very unsettling. ( I still stand by this review) I had my first appointment with Dr. James Peters today for a Wells Woman exam and he exceeded every expectation I had! He was very warm and friendly and very knowledgeable. He didn't rush through the appointment and took the time to listen to my concerns. He made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Peters is an amazing doctor. He was my OB-Gyn and delivered my son 24 years ago while I had pneumonia. Dr. Peters took excellent care of me.

Dr James peter is the best Doctor . He does wonderful job. He is so nice and gentle with his job. He is also take care of patients very good..we ' d been with him many years.

Health care makes me nervous because my knowledge is little. Thankfully I have found a gem in Dr. Peters. He is trustworthy. Other gynos push you out the door. But he listens and answers your questions without irritation. That is saying a lot because he us busy like the rest of us. Grateful I found him.

Dr. Peters is one of a kind!!!! If you are looking for a doctor that will listen and treat you like a person and not a dollar sign this is the Dr to see. Great Doctor!!!

My first visit was amazing. He is very attentive and informative. You are allowed to have a voice and to ask questions for clarity. You dont find that with most Dr's these days. His bedside manner is exceptional

Dr. Peter's has been my OB/GYN for 7 years. He is not only an excellent Dr, but he's warm, compassionate, patient, sincere and have superb bedside manners. He takes time to listen to questions and provide professional responses. He was my Dr for a medical procedure and my Ob for 2 pregnancies.

Dr. Peters was my OB/GYN when I lived in Arlington, TX. He diagnosed a condition that ended up being a cause of recurrent miscarriages. I moved out of state before actually carrying a baby to birth, but have always wished he could have delivered my babies. He is incredibly intelligent, compassionate, and only wants what is best for his patients. If I could convince him to move to Ohio I would still be his patient. His office staff was also very attentive, and recognized me by 1st name when I would call the office. I would recommend that anyone looking for an outstanding OB/GYN visit his office. I don't believe my husband and I would have 2 beautiful children today if it weren't for his attention to small details and caring attitude. I love Dr. Peters! Run Got an IUD removal which went fine but getting a new one in was traumatic, excruciating painful and unforgivable. He was forceful when trying to dilate me for the replacement. When he was done (with two failed replacement attempts ), I refused anymore services and told him I was done. He apologized several times. When I got up, to my horror, there was blood everywhere, even his pants. No, do not go here. If I could give negative stars I would. I must note the office staff is rather nice and helpful and I was always taken back in a timely manner. I have never had such an amazing Doctor like Dr. Peters. He really cares about his patients. Never had a male Dr. before and Dr. Peters made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Dr. Peters!!!!!!!!!
