I absolutely love Lisa and Dr. Ross. Dr. Ross does an amazing job with everything and he knows how to make his office feel at home. Lisa has the biggest heart and genuinely cares for people. My Children and I love it here. My daughter had an emergency with her tooth and Lisa got her in. Nothing but good to say about Dr. Ross, Lisa and their Staff! Thank you!!! I’ve been going to Dr Ross Office for more then a decade (since my high school days) and have always taken great care of me ! Richie Ross is one of the most personable dentist you’re going to find . He does excellent work ; he is attentive ; very knowledgeable and his entire staff is easy to work with. You can’t beat Ross dentistry.

Wanted to let you all know how wonderful Dr. James Ross in Red Hook is My husband has had a bad toothache for a while, he waited way too long ????and it got much worse. Last night he looked like he had a golf ball in his mouth. He went to ER and they gave him antibiotics but he needed a dentist. He woke up this morning and it looked like he had a softball in his mouth. So swollen. He was in so much pain. I called Dr. Ross and Lisa got him immediately in (mind you new patient and no dental insurance) she told him to come “right now” and was able to relieve about 90% of the pain within an hour or so of me calling. She even scheduled him a follow up appointment. Tooth pain is the worst and ER can only do so much. And after calling several dentists this morning and all week, no one could squeeze him in but they did! Outstanding customer service and so thankful to them. ???? Used to be good don't know what happened. No covering dentist when the office is closed and a machine that doesn't take messages - i guess they don't want to be bothered.

By far the best dental office I've ever been to (and I've been to several). They take the time to listen to what's going on, and offer realistic solutions. Family-based so it's not a get em in, get em out tooth pulling factory. Rick is the man and the entire staff is extremely nice. Fully recommend.

I highly recommend Dr James Ross as well as Dr Richard Ross. Their staff are very efficient and always friendly.

Did not want to admit he made a mistake and it cost me hundreds of dollars. He had been my dentist for over 6 years. Very disappointed in him, left me to suffer in pain even after visiting him 2 times in a 4 day period and would not believe 3 other opinions 2 being specialist.

Amazing! Had never been here before but got me in right away for an emergency, instead of booking me out 4-6 weeks. Kind, knowledgeable and listens to what you have to say. Prices are reasonable as well. My new family dentist!

I recommend Dr. Ross to everyone here at work! After enduring 3 years of pain at County Dental Poughkeepsie and walking out crying, I went to Red Hook and saw Dr. Ross. He is a very nice person and is very concerned about causing you pain and always asking if your okay. So far, he's never hurt me. My insurance covered all of County Dental fees but does not pay well if the dentist is not their network but Dr. Ross is worth paying the extra money. Love him!!!
