Dr spearman is wonderful. he did my knee surgery in 2016 and i am back and love his thoughtful care. Everyone was great!

I am Regina. Spinal is only for a game I play on my phone . Normally I am not a sentimental person. However, Thank you to Dr Spearman and his daughter. The staff of Low Country Orthopedics. Sincerely. We take for granted the things our body needs until we need a doctor.

This was my first visit with Dr. James Spearman at Low Country Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine. He put me at ease explaining what my problem is and steps to correct it. He was very professional, a great listener, personable, empathetic and forthright. I very highly recommend him.

Dr. Spearman surgically repaired my torn meniscus on each knee 6 years apart. His daughter Savannah is beyond sweet and professional. His surgical and test scheduler is very good at her job!

Dr Spearman is a wonderful doctor. Your visits are not rushed, he truly takes the time with his patients, I would highly recommend Dr.Spearman

Dr. Spearman has been my go to for injuries for the past 5 years. He always takes the time to sit and talk to me, make sure my treatment plan is clear, and make sure all of my questions are answered.

Dr spearman is the best! Great bedside manner. He sits and talks with you for as long as you need. I highly recommend Low Country Orthopedics, The entire staff is incredible and go above and beyond

I wouldn't let him treat my dead dog! If I listned to HIM I'd have no use of my arm and he lies on his paperwork to get cash out of insurance

Don't see James Spearman. Selling patchwork instead of replacing worn out parts. Either not that great of a doctor or just trying to make extra money before said part needs changed anyway. I think a little of both. No discussion on options just patchwork sale which was 100% invasive and worthless and done poorly. Even I knew a new knee was needed. Shoddy workmanship and greed. I have been a patient of Dr. Spearman's since 2002. He has performed two rotator cuff Surgeries and several orthoscopic knee surgeries for me . Dr. Spearman is a very caring and professional Doctor and he and his staff are a very understanding group. I highly recommend anyone with a problem in this area seek this Dr. and his group for help. Fixed my damaged shoulder. Good as ever. Very nice man and staff.

My rotator cuff surgery was my 1st experience with Dr. Spearman and Lowcountry Orthopedics. Dr. Spearman was patient, informative and very personable. I never felt pushed or rushed to have surgery. If I had to have another ortho surgery, Dr. Spearman would be the one I would request.

This is my third surgery with Dr. Spearman, each for a different injury. He is always kind, patient, knowledgable, professional, just all around great doctor. I always feel confident that he and his staff are going to take amazing care of me and somehow they still exceed my expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Spearman and his staff. They turn unfortunate situations into positive experiences.
