These people were so sweet but man this place was THE MOST BIZARRE thing I ever went through. The lights didn't work in office, I don't think it's been cleaned on there for 10+ years, seats all torn and falling apart, dust on everything, the doctor had some abscess in his mouth, and his face was so swollen his eye was shut....Lol...I told you, it was BIZARRE... a hoarders dream inside of there with STACKS of magazines everywhere, 1990 graphic art on walls, trinkets, and old dust covered supplement bottles everywhere. I mean, EVERYWHERE. The Dr is deaf, like DEAF, he can't hear anything you say, and asks you to draw the letter you see in the air to him, he wouldn't listen when I told him I can't see very far at all with my prescription. The clerk guy tried to hustle some Herbalife style supplements for my torn achilles, telling me they would fix it lol. I'm not going to pile on because I'm sure they are all nice people, and there was much more that happened in my 1 hour visit. PLEASE READ BEFORE SEEING DR The doctor is a complete quack the whole time I’m in there he is talking about the virus and got my prescription completely wrong when I went back and got tested again he said I see better without the glasses but just keep using the glasses and my eyes will adjust to them. Dr. Stewart is helping me reduce my prescription. When I first went to him my prescription was very high. He is working with me to reduce it. It does take some time to adjust to the decrease but I believe it is worth it. Very happy with results.

Had my first visit here. Dr. Stewart is extremely knowledgeable about his profession, and eye health. I was able to see such small letters that I normally never can at other optometrist even when doing the simple vision test. Dr. Stewart is extremely thorough and will find what exactly is going on with your vision. I also left with a children's dvd once he found out I have two kids. Please stay away. The prescription i got was way off. I was better off without glasses. Ended up going elsewhere and got a good prescription. This guy will brainwash you into thinking that whoever did your last exam was way off, but it isn't, he is.

This place felt like an episode out of twilight zone. Me, my son, and my sister arrived to get an exam for my son and the way it was done was so unprofessional. The male accountant took my son's social and read it outload over a phone in the middle of a service. Address, birthdate and everything. Getting into the office, the doctor tried to convince me that my son's autism was caused by vaccination despite only hearing it from word of mouth and then saying my son was slow when my son is perfectly healthy and is a 4.0 student. Don't get me wrong, we wanted to leave but literally all we needed was just the prescription since other doctors are not working in person due to covid. I went back in November 2020, I never in my life have I had a Doctor talk so much about their life. I was a new patient, NEVER again will I go back. Don't waste your time! This guy is very old and not fit to do his job. He can't hear and asked my 8 yr old grandson to draw letters in the air. How accurate is that? He took about 5 min to tell me that he needed +2 in one eye and +8 in the other. His social skills were poor in telling me how wrong all the other doctors are and how right he is. Pros: Super-friendly doctor and staff. Great and safe location. Convenient Appointment availability. Cons: Very old & ripped furniture & equipment. Unorganized office with files & magazines scattered everywhere. Doctor was probably 70's and struggled to hear patients. Office smelled really antique. Not pleasant at all. Was not sanitized after previous use. Usual Dr no longer accepted my insurance so I had to go else where. Dr Stewart's office was able to make me an appointment within the week. Ratings were really good and location was even better. I arrived on time, they were checking in another patient at the same time. This meant I would have to wait to be examined. After 30 mins, I was brought into an exam room without it being sanitized, lightbulb was flickering off and on, papers were scattered in here too. Doctor chose not to wear mask due to his age, health condition and proceeded to share his opinion a foot away from my face. Made me feel uncomfortable but understandable so of course I wore mine. Walked into a VERY DISORGANZIED office, stacks of books & piles of paper EVERY WHERE!! We were called back seconds after a patient left the one exam room they have, nothing was cleaned or sterilized (we are in a pandemic) then he stated that my 5yr old son (who has been 5 for less than a week) had 20/20 in his left eye & 20/25 in his right eye & was recommending bifocals!!! Horrible - I took me and my daughter here for the first time. He messed up both of our prescriptions. I took my daughter elsewhere to get another eye exam in which the prescription was so totally different. Then after receiving my glasses, I could not see out of them. So I went back and he refused to do an actual eye exam and said his prescription was right and I was wrong. He said I could not accept the truth and the other doctors were lying to me and giving me the wrong prescriptions all my life. He is very rude, disrespectful and will not listen to the patient. He said that if I want what the other doctor did, then he will just write a prescription for my old glasses or just compromise and give me something in between. I told him, I would not accept that and he needed to give me the right prescription and he said he already did, but I don't want to accept it. So I walked out of the appointment and called my insurance and went somewhere else. He said go see those smucks when I left.

I give it a NO STAR. Worst experience ever. Gave me a strong prescription. My old glasses are way better but came here for some lenses due to a lot of good reviews. Paid for my glasses but never put it to use. Lenses are too strong.

If I could give them no stars i would! My mom doesn't speak too much English and trust Drs so this dr said my mom needed the bifocals on her glasses her trusting the dr got them, but the thing is he pushes bifocals on my 2 sisters and myself as well, my sisters said they have no use for them so on my glasses I chose not to get them and my glasses was fine even though he kept saying I needed them and it was in my best interest to get them, also because they were more expensive if I got them. Anyways my mom got the bifocals she got her glasses she couldn't see with them they were blurry for her they told us to try it out for a few weeks we did it wasnt working out. She just wanted regular glasses to see with so we took them back they removed the bifocals but when we got the glasses they didnt have her prescription on them. It was like looking through a glass window you couldn't tell the difference! So we brought it to them another time and the lady said she would speak to the dr. She gave me a call back pretty much saying they couldn't do anything for us it was what we wanted. I said my mom paid for glasses to see and you gave us glasses that doesnt have her prescription on it. The dr said he usually charges $110 but he'll only charge us $59 for a new pair???? I first took my daughter to Dr. Stewart 7 years ago, at age 2. I must say I was very impressed with the knowledge and care he has provided us. He is very forthright and I appreciate the time he has invested helping us and others. He even takes time to make dvd's for the kiddos and educational things for the parents. Dr. Stewart is very funny and caring when it comes to his patients. He's very easy to work with and always ask if we have any questions. He is a great eye doctor, who truly cares about your eye sights. His staff is also very friendly and understanding. I have been coming here for 4 years and had no problems with my eyesight at all.

I made an appointment for 11:00 and walked out after waiting an hour without being seen. I could hear the doctor talking the whole time in the other room. Something about how the government is manipulating the whether and his sister wanted him to write her speech and on and on. Didn't really sound like he was doing an eye exam. At best the Doctor is bad at time management if it takes him longer than an hour to do an eye exam that should have been done before my appointment. At worst maybe he just didn't care that I was waiting because he wanted to talk more then do eye exams. Best exam I had in a long time. My glasses were perfect from the moment I wore them didn't have to adjust to them like every other eye exam. I was always use to dr telling me you just have to adjust to them. Not here thank you mr Stwert
