I saw Dr. Alarafi at SWGH in the emergency room. He was kind but firm and kept me appraised of exactly what was happening via tests etc. I recommend him highly.
We came in to the ER for my back. I had pulled it working on my car and the doctor did a good job listening to us. He was able to help me with my pain and explain the problem. I would go back to see him again. Overall, it was satisfied with his care.
The doctor introduced himself when he came in and made us feel very welcome. My wife was having bad stomach cramps. After he left, he ordered medication to help her feel better. When all the test came back, they were all normal and he explained the results. My wife went to her doctor a few days later and said they did a good job.
I came in for a injury to my ankle and was concerned it if was broken. Dr. Alarafi was polite, introduced himself and addressed my problem quickly. He ordered the x-ray and pain medicine quickly. After I got back from X-RAY. He gave me the results and help me got out of the er quick.
Very caring and gave me an excellent work up
