Receptionist asked for my ID and Insurance card to "take copies" of it. They called me back while I was still filling out the paperwork which is not a big deal. The doctor took my paperwork after my appointment and I just double checked that I had my wallet. I live in Santa Maria which is about a 25 minute drive and I come to realize that the receptionist forgot to give me back my ID and insurance card! I called right away but they were already closed. SO my husband goes in the next day after work to ask for it back, but their response is "we don't know what you re talking about" and "we haven't heard of anyone losing anything and nobody knows anything about an ID". NOT very HELPFUL

Not very friendly as my uncle would say “no bedside manors “ stressful Situation being pregnant no stress is good. I plan to find a new obgyn.

I was just informed that Dr. Lee is no longer at this practice. The new staff are very unprofessional, dismissive and unorganized. I called over a week ago and was given the run around. I was told I would receive calls from the staff and that never happened. Finally, after taking time out of my work days to call them repeatedly several days in a row to check on the progress of my request I was told they would not provide what I needed. They also did not seem to understand how unprofessional they are were by not calling me back when they said they would and not following up on my request and waisting my time.

ust now Lack of compassion and care for her patients. Truly does not listen to your concerns. Refused to care for long standing patients because of a small balances. Would not recommend

This was my first visit with Dr. Lee. Her office is comfortable and the receptionist was pleasant. Wait time- 5 minutes (maybe less). Doctor Lee was thorough and knowledgable about my problem and knew the latest research on the appropriate medication. The exam was gentle. Dr. Lee came across as a warm and caring physician. I am so happy to have found my new ob/gyn!

The staff should honestly get some phone etiquette classes as wel as sensitivity training!
