This was hands-down the worst provider/doctor I have ever seen in my life. Completely dismissive of my concerns and completely dismissive of including me in decisions about my care, or taking into account what my previous provider and OT have said. She was with me for about 10 minutes, and had the complete opposite opinion of my previous provider and my occupational therapist from PINN (Dr I had been seeing for 7 months consistently, and OT for 4 months). When I asked her how she could see me for 10 minutes and completely disregard what the other providers who had been working with me had said, she just dismissed this and told me her opinion. Dr. Ploss rushed through our appointment after being 50 minutes late (I know the being late was not her fault and the office was very busy, and I do not hold that against her). She was also completely rude and condescending when I explained my symptoms or concerns. When I asked her if it would be possible to get a second pair of wrist braces because the ones I have I wear to bed, and would like to have a second pair I can wear out to work when I work in schools (especially with COVID), she sarcastically said "Well you don't have carpel tunnel right? So you don't need braces then." This is after my OT specifically recommended I wear my braces all the time and to ask for another pair. Furthermore, when I let her know the situations I am still experiencing pain in, she told me that from my exam, that I shouldn't have that pain, and essentially dismissed my pain, and it felt like she was saying I was lying. This injury has impacted every part of my daily life, not just work (cooking, cleaning, typing, opening doors, putting my hands in pockets, sleeping, driving, carrying groceries, pushing grocery carts, washing dishes, physical exercise), and so for her to completely dismiss my pain was so harmful. Dr. Ploss told me she believed I no longer needed care, and I was in shock, especially when still experiencing this amount of pain. She essentially shut down my L&I process I have been trying to get approved for 7 months. I honestly left the appointment in tears as I have never been gaslit by a medical professional before and it was painful as I have been already struggling getting my claim accepted for 7 months. Doctor Ploss, gave relevant information about me and my current medical symptoms . Her Professionalism and Personal concerns as a Physician, was more than I had expected.

I would not recommend her to anyone at all. Very bad temper, very stubborn, does not like to listen to what patient says...
