I had basically given up on doctors in South Florida until I found Dr. Robinson. She actually cared about me as a person. You just don’t find that in this day and age. I hope she never retires!

Dr. ROBINSON is a Great Doctor. How ever lately she seems unreachable through Holy Cross new system. They say they will get back to you by days end never do. We are on day 6 of trying to speak with someone from Dr. ROBINSON 'S office. I guess you could say we are being Holy Ghosted

Long waiting room time. Difficult to get an appointment for acute, office visit appropriate illness. This should not be tolerated or excepted as normal. Old, musty-odor office and building. Difficult to park. Rude office staff. Lecturing and condescending to patient when a few minutes late.

I come from Washington State to see her. Love her and the staff.

This physician and the staff are excellent.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Robinson’s for about 20 years. She is excellent! I have moved further north but still drive to see her.

The office if very friendly and I love the fact Dr Robinson takes her time with you during our visit. And she explains everything, let's you ask all your questions.

I am a new patient and could not say enough nice things. Everyone in the office was helpful, they were very conscientious about COVID concerns, Dr Robinson took her time to review my history, discussed test results and answered all my questions.

My mom and I started seeing Dr. Robinson over 10 years ago when we moved to south florida. I hadn’t seen her in years, and when I went in the office on Thursday (the day I thought my appointment was), although she was fully booked, her staff were SO helpful with me and suggested an urgent care for the time being. Finding myself in need of a primary care physician, approximately six years ago, Dr. Janet Robinson came highly recommended. Since that time, I often find myself telling others that she is the best primary care physician I’ve ever met through a chance recommendation. Dr. Robinson takes her time with her patients, listens intently, actually reads their charts and patiently discusses their needs and options. It’s impossible for me to overemphasize how important Dr. Robinson is to me as my primary care physician.

She is an intelligent, kind Doctor that actually listens.... and Camille is every bit as kind and patient. The front desk group is also professional and quick to act. Overall, Dr. Robinson and her staff are top notch.

She has a very calming manner, always listens, does not rush you, she always cross references with my records before issuing a new prescription, and has always given me the best referrals for other doctors. I have been going to Dr. Robinson for over 8 yrs. now. I find her so knowledgeable and helpful in referring me to other top-notch doctors at Holy Cross. Her office staff is so helpful including wait time and her nurse, "Camille" is the best. I would recommend her to any of my BFF's.

I have been a patient of Dr. Robinson for almost 25 years and I'm glad they accept avmed since I'm now a senior. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I like her professionalism, her manner and her patience. Good sense of humor too. She had always answered all my questions and never rushed me. Also, if I call with an issue, her or her assistant (Camille)will take care of it and send my med d in if needed after they review my file. "Knowledge and care" should be Dr. Robinson's ad! Dr Robinson has been my pcp for over 20 years. She has always taken good care of me. She listens to me and takes the time to talk to me. When I found a lump in my breast, she wasted no time in making sure I had what I needed to get tested. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, she referred me to a an oncologist and I never gave a 2nd opinion a thought. I knew she was placing me in good hands. Her assistant is an awesome, caring person and I just love them!

I've been going to Dr. Robinson for about a decade. She takes her time with you, patiently answers ALL your questions and questions to her answers. Tells you your options and helps you figure out what will work best for your lifestyle. Never a lecture.... just a genuine concerned conversation.

I had to choose a new primary due to insurance change, I researched and chose to try Dr. Robinson due to her tenure in the area and many great reviews on multiple medical review sites. I couldn't be happier with my choice! I wanted to hug her, she is awesome! Along with solid professionalism, she is warm, kind, patient, thorough, and funny. Dr. Janet Robinson is my primary doctor since 2010 & I’m so happy that I found her. She’s very compassionate, caring & professional & if test were not necessary she will not have it done. She always listens, unlike others. Her assistant nurse Camille is also wonderful & very friendly. I went for a physical although the EKG was never done she did explain the results of my test and was very kind as this is my second review I feel that this review is more fitting in the first review as far as grading I wasn’t happy with enough time and she did spend with me nor the wait time at a clock or anything else Denise

I have been a patient over 20 years and have been treated by Dr. Robinson for emergency problems as well as routine checkups and find her an excellent physician. I presently travel two hundred miles from my current residence to her office!

I have been seeing Dr. Robinson for 5 years. I would not hesitate to recommend her. Additionally, when I tell friends about her, they tell me that they have heard good things about her. I have seen her for a number of issues ranging from cold/flu to other more serious issues that required surgery. I find her comfortable to confide in, I feel that she is concerned about one's general all round health without being intrusive, I never feel rushed, she is usually on time. Like her recommendations.
