I unfortunately had to see him once in the ER. He was quite literally the most rude, stuck up person I have ever had to be treated by. With such poor bedside manners I seriously can't believe he has patients willing to come to him. My interaction with him was years ago and I can still remember everything he said to me, making me cry. I had a severe ear infection and I asked for the stronger Ibuprofen because they help better than OTC and he told me that he can't stand people "like me" who has a medical card and asks for medication I could buy with cash.
