I absolutely love doctor dalling! He is kind and thorough with his patients. He always explains things in a simple way so I can understand. He always takes time to listen to my concerns. I however do not like his PA. His PA is always rushing and I didn’t feel like he cared. So far not impressed. Appointment at 8:30 and still waiting to be called back and it’s 9:30. Probably sit in the room for another hour. Either receptionist booked appointments to close together or something. Very irritating that our time isn’t as precious as the Doctors time. I understand some wait time but an hour after scheduled appointment to even be called to a room is ridiculous. So far not impressed. I owe my life to Dr. Dalling, I am so glad and thankful for his compassion, skill, and dedication to his profession. Thank you for saving my leg and life. My knee is doing great.

Very uncomfortable when trying to visit with Dr. Dalling when he is making touch contact with his assistance... I have seen this incanny behavior on several visits... what am I suppose to think? Very uncomfortable

My appointment was at noon waited two hours got back in a room the doc came in did some test I think U have a tear walked out did not even ask my name or tell Me his name

Very good listener, explains procedures well, does excellent work. The staff and PA’s are very good at their jobs and care.

Great experience with the doc. But the billing office is a nightmare. I didn't get my bill until they called and told me it would show up (8 months later) Then I spoke to the nastiest lady in billing who told me I should remember what services I received 8 months ago, while on pain meds, and that nothing was the office's fault because "I can't begin to tell you what's been going on around here". Dr. Dalling is the most kind, compassionate, caring doctor I have ever met and believe me I've seen a lot of doctors! He is very educated and gives his opinion of what would be the best treatment option to help make you comfortable while dealing with pain. He performed my very difficult hip revision a year ago and I am a new woman with no pain at all! He is a wonderful doctor!

I absolutely love Doc Dalling. He is so knowledgeable,compassionate and kind. He reassured me and helped me with my fear of cortisone shot. He and Jen even gave me the best hugs after my procedure.

I had my first knee surgery with biddolph and it went great. When I went back to have them take care of my right knee, biddolph was out due to personal reasons, so i decided to go to dalling. Well that was my worst mistake. I waited in the room for over an hour, then when he finally came in. I told him my symptoms and we decided to do an MRI. Well weeks later after my MRI, I went back in and he didn't even find the time to go over my MRI with me. Or even explain anything out, just that "looks like I have gray matter around it, and everything is fine. " So we decided to do a cortisone shot, "since my insurance won't cover a surgery cause I don't need it!" Well after the shot, my knee was swollen and messed up worse then before. I finally went for a second opinion and I don't regret it. Liljenquest went over the same MRI that dalling had received, I have torn knee muscles and my knee cap is grinding on bone ( no cartilage left) and that my fat pad had fluid in it. And after I explained what had happened after the cortisone shot, I found out that dalling had injected it into my fat pad. (Which some doctors accidentally do) but needless to say my knee surgery is scheduled in march. Dalling may be great but he has forgot why he got into this career in my opinion. It was a waste of money and time. And to be told just work out and there's no problem. Except the problem is I can barely walk, but just "work out" I will never go back and I will make sure that my story will be told. I was living in constant pain and he couldn't care less to take 20 minutes to look at my MRI. Don't go to them, and if you do get a second opinion, cause dalling only cares about the money that goes into his pocket instead of the health of the patients. Waiting time is more the in-sufficient. I’ve only been there with other people who are the patients- but the waiting time is ridiculous- over booked possibly? I realize everybody has their own issues- but I’m sure you could space them out a little more- if you’ve got to many patients, it’s ok to let some go to another office. I’d rather wait a few more days at home than wait an hour in the waiting room. Waiting time is more the in-sufficient. Dr Dalling is a caring doctor who takes the time to make sure his patients needs are met.

Dr. Dalling did a great job of finding the problem with my shoulder. The surgery went well and I am on the mend. Thank you for your caring service.

I would recommend Dr. Dalling to anyone for their orthopedic needs. He is very knowledgeable and is willing to explain what he is going to do. His staff is also very experienced and willing to help. I’m glad I had him do my surgery. Thanks so much.

My son rides BMX professionally so needless to say we are frequent flyers to Dr.Dalling. We have had the best experience dealing with Dr. Dalling and his staff. He really takes the time to make sure he was comfortable and satisfied. He is very understanding with my son and his concerns when it comes to his riding and his is very prompt on getting back to us with any concerns we have. It is with great pleasure that Dave and I rate our experience with Dr. Dalling and his office a 5...it's actually a ten, but that's not an option here! Here are the reasons we love this provider: 1. Office is organized and has the pre and post op routine down to a T 2. Very clear and concise verbal and written instructions for pre-op and post-op cares 3. Dr. Dalling is genuinely caring about the individual's medical problem and takes whatever time is needed to explain treatment options, procedures, and the plan to move through a successful operation and post-op healing process 4. Dr. Dalling encouraged our input regarding recovery in the home and in the community with PT and OT...this was very much appreciated by my husband and me 5. Dr. Dalling is an amazing doctor. He has helped me with the arthritis in my knee and performed two surgeries on it to try and relieve the pain I was feeling. The second surgery he performed a full knee replacement and here it is almost 7 weeks out and I'm doing great. He has great bedside manner and is a true professional as well as passionate about what he does. I definitely recommend him! Dr. Dalling is an amazing doctor. Needless to say after my 2nd opinion, my surgery is march. With my torn muscles and a lateral release scheduled. NEVER AGAIN!!

I had a great experience and Dr. Dallings Office. I was looked at in a fast and professional manner. I had other offices that could not see me for 3 to 4 weeks. I felt they definitely accommodated my needs. They saw me within 3 days. I was evaluated and it was determined that with my results I would only be happy with a complete knee replaccement. Dr. Dalling answered all my questions and explained in detail the experience I was about to have. The surgery took place and I felt it went well. I was well taken care of until I was able to go home. Dr. Dalling was very professional and checking with me and meeting all my needs. I have been in therepy now and am very pleased with my results. Dr Dalling was great. Told me what to expect with my recovery. Surgery went off without any problems.

I went in with a broken ankle and foot on a Friday morning. Dr Dalling was scheduled to go out of town that afternoon. He still managed to squeeze me in for the needed surgery that very afternoon. I have found the office staff to be pleasant and professional. The Dr has been very helpful and taken the time to explain every step of the way. I would definitely use Dr Dalling again. Dr Dalling has been very kind and professional caregiver. He has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions. When I came in for a referral on a Friday morning, even tho he was scheduled to be out of town that afternoon, he squeezed me in for the needed surgery he has taken the time to explain things every step of the way. Have found his staff to be professional and helpful as well.

I cannot fully express how grateful I am to Dr. Dalling and his nurses. 13 years ago I had a total knee replacement. I didn't have any problems with it until September of 2016. After an ER visit, multiple x-rays, and many visits to my previous ortho doctor, I still had no answers and a whole lot of pain meds. After my first visit with Dr. Dalling, I finally had a diagnosis and a plan to get back to my old self. I had a few scans to confirm his suspicions and my surgery was scheduled quickly.

I give this Dr an "F". My dr sent me to him for carpal tunnel surgery. I told dr dalling my symptoms, he said I was describing 2 possible disgnoses and accused me of getting my symptoms from a book to get out of work. He told me tp go home and think about it, and when I got my story straight tp come back. I had already done a test which comfirmef carpal tunnel, but he didn't wait for those test results. He treated me very disrespectfully. He does not listen to, or take his patients seriously.

Great Doctor and Staff. I felt very comfortable with him as a Surgeon and during the followup. I have already recommended a family member.

Dr. Dalling performed both of my total knee replacements. He was professional, kind, assertive, and very good. I will recommend him to anyone needing the procedures he specializes in.
